Which VG endings impressed you? *spoilers*

For newbs: VG = videogame.

My three favorites so far are Final Fantasy 9, Final Fantasy 3 NES, and Bionic Commando (NES).

Ocarina of Time had a rather sucky ending in my opinion. Nothing special happens. Wind Waker had an interesting ending though.

I have to admit EXE 3 had a good ending. But for some good endings you have Metroid Fusion and Tales of Phantasia.

I'm laughing at all the people who are saying "Chrono Trigger". Which of the thirteen (plus variants) CT endings are you referring to?

Me, I really like the Frog and Leene wedding ending, as well as the one where you kill Magus and crash Epoch.

I really love EXE 1, including the 15 minutes or so of play before you fight the final boss. So great. ^^ My other favorite VG ending is hands down Final Fantasy 6. The orchestral score was breathtaking and the character scenes were great, also the imagery was absolutely amazing. But mostly the music! Best medley ever! <3

For me, all of the Metal Gear Solids...the plot twists themselves are insane.

As for Chrono Trigger, not the endings per se, but the fact of what Lavos' true role was.

Tales of Phantasia...all I have to say is woah, a real surprise and thought provoker, huh?

And a LONG time ago when I was a wee little lad and played Metroid for the NES, and I found out about Samus' gender, yes it surprised me back then.

And like Izumi said, FF6's ending was beautiful....simply beautiful.

But don't forget FF4, throughout the whole game I thought I knew who the main bad guy was and hated him...boy was I surprised.
