Banned?!

Umm, I was at home, and I was on the internet so i said to myself, "Hey, lets go visit that megaman site!" so i go there, and while i'm waiting for the page to load, i go to the bathroom and get somthing to eat. and when i get back my brother has already made an account, and left a nasty message, i think it was in the hellos and goodbyes. his login name was queerbag, if that helps any. anyway, I came back later and it said i was banned. so i say to myself, I'll just log in with my own account." but it wouldn't let me. I tried, but when i clicked on log in to check your messages, the page just reloaded. it still said i was banned. will it always say that? what will i do when skool gets out? can anyone take the ban off my computer? can anyone help me at all? thanx.

Your home IP was banned to stop him from making any new accounts and troll with them. Ryouko and the other admins will have to decide if to lift your IP ban or not.

There is no user at this board that was named "queerbag", unless someone deleted his account. Your IP that connects to 68 of your posts is also not in our ban list. If you've tried using a computer that has AOL, that may be your problem, as it's IP rotates.

I'm not sure. I looked for his post, it wasn't there. So then why would i get blocked. i can obviously still log in with this account, but is it still possible to log in on my computer? Right now i'm using the skool's computers, but when skool gets out for the summer, I'll have no way to get here.

Ryouko that account existed and had a message cussing out Megaman and Forte I think in the hello/good bye entry. It was pretty much a 'trolling' type, so Tabby banned the IP and deleted the user and messages.

From what I understand it's Heatguts' home IP -him currently being in school has another IP- and his brother had made the account. I think Tabby will have to deal this since she's the one that deleted the user and banned it.

We cannot ban him.
He's on the same computer as you. So if we ban him, we ban you as well, since we usually IP ban here.

Yea im gona have to agree with Elementalman cause if they delete his account he could just register again and I doubt admins are gona waste there time on a daily bases deleting his account. Just tell him to stop and if he does not then smack him to next year Smile

. If they IP ban him youll end up being banned and as I said they realy would not waste there tiem doing this on a regular bases. Yea thats just my 2 cents on this but give it a try Heatguts Smile

Have you talked to your brother about this yet? Ask him nicely to stop what he's doing. Then if that doesn't work, try talking to your parents about the situation. Um, is your brother older than you?

I say you should talk to your parents about this. Surely they could make your brother stop what he's doing. I hope this works out for you. :]

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you mean ban-wise.. it would depend on the wildcard. If the ban was on (nonrotatingpart).*, you would be banned regardless of whether or not the last two numbers rotated. If it were on the exact ip, then you would be around it when your ip rotates.

Actually, he still thinks i'm banned at home, he's been doing this from school. so i guess you could ban him, but then wouldn't he be able to do it all over again on a different computer? I could punch him... I'll probably do that anyway. and he's younger than me.

what dose your brother have agenst Megaman/Rockman? anyway if i were you i would tell your parents what he is doing and if he still dose it kick him in the BALLS >.< (ouch thats gotta hurt) and tell him not to do it again LOL
