Has anyone hear of this game? If not, basically it's like a normal battle network game but you can be other navis than Rockman. Starman, Shadowman, Knightman, Metalman, and Forte being among them. There are plenty more. I know that it takes place after Rockman and Netto defeated Duo and Nebula in Battle Network 4. I don't know if it's coming out in the USA or anywhere else, so if anybody knows if it's released outside of Japan please tell me.

Uh. No. It's not legal. The playable version you can get from the internet is defined a "ROM", which is against the rules. (Actually, it's legal to own a rom for 24 hours.... but that's besides the point.)
