Stream 36: Another Rockman

Deep in the Cyberworld, Dark Rockman is created, Roll, Numberman, Aquaman and Iceman plug into a somewhat Ruined area. Rockman greets them cheerfully then ... out of nowhere fires his buster on them!

Rockman is worried now, he's had a nightmare of these actions, seeing his friends on the ground, nearly deleted! Netto wonders about navis having nightmares and slots in higure's special Band-aid chip... It doesn't do anything more than cover the poor navi in bandages though... This doesn't make the Blue bomber very happy... and there's one stuck to his ass. Netto finally goes down to the Science Buereau to find The operators of the navis that were seemingly deleted by Rockman, It seems that Rockman's nightmare was quite real after all. Meijin begins to run checks on the wounded navis as Rockman again remembers the nightmare. Meijin says that Rockman might have just caught a virus or has a bug... then laughs at the ass-bandaid(HIGHFIVE)

Rockman heads home, waiting for ROckman's return. Rockman's scan reveals that Rockman is "ALL OK" and ROckman happily returns to the cyberworld and to Netto.... but he is ambushed by some kind of dark energy! Netto gets a bad feeling from this... but Rockman has just returned safely, so no problem, right?

Next morning, Netto is late for school, at the cross walk, Rockman asks to be plugged in, Rockman happily hacks the system... causing a few... mishaps... but Netto can cross, it's all fine... After some more hackings Netto finally arrives.... far too late.. After a chat.. Netto begins the walk home... he's starving absolutely famished. Rockman wants to be plugged in again. He hyjacks a bulldoser and ROBS THE BANK! This is the final straw, and he is arrested, with Yuriko on hand. Roll and her friends awaken screaming that Rockman attacked them. Rockman is imprissoned, yelling that he only did these things for Netto's sake. Needleman watches from a security camera, but Yuriko is also being watched, by Miyabi.

Meijin enters, telling Netto that ROckman is the one who deleted Roll and the others. Netto is anguished by this fact, his navi has gone bad! Netto waits in a room, contimplating the situation. Manabe and Meijin come in and talk about imprissoning Rockman forever. Netto goes in to talk to his navi who is actually begging to be deleted now before he hurts someone else. As Rockman sobs, Netto notices that this Rockman doesn't have an ass bandaid... He's not Rockman! Our anti-thesis, Dark Rockman reveals himself, he's been manipulating Netto the whole time!

Rockman is in the cyberworld of a broken computer fighting 4 new Darkloids, Cosmoman, Swallowman, Blizzardman, and Cloudman, only with his Rock Buster. Dark Rockman reveals he was created from Rockman

Rockman takes the blunt of Cosmo Buster, Swallow Cutter, Snow Ball and Most Thunder. As the room begins to colapse, Yuriko rescuse Netto. Miyabi is also on hand, they all plug into a broken computer, Shadowman rescues Rockman, but there's no time to dwell on that, Needleman attacks with the Needle Cannon, wounding Blizardman, the Darkloid leader, Dark Rockman appears, showing his true colors, NEtto isn't in the mood to talk, the GIga Cannon program advance is activated... but wait, Dark Rockman can activate it too! They brace for attack as Shadowman sheeths his muramasa, once the sword is totally sheethed... BANG with not much damage done to either Rockman, everyone leaves this cyberworld. It would turn out that Miyabi agreed to help when Wily revived his navi, Shadowman. The Net saviors discuss their new enemy, Dark Rockman.

Next week
Offering of Uneven fireworks
Blizzardman and Cloudman attack with orders to delete Rockman.

I give this episode 8 stone cubes, funny animation Error on Swallowman too :3 I admit I was almost fooled by D.Rockman when he started crying, the Band-Aid chip was hilarious, nice character development for Rockman and Netto(Finally) and no cross fusion, I liked the fight in the broken down Cyberworld too, Shadowman is back with a vengance and has super cool sword sheathing action. Miyabi is creepy.

Can't wait too see this episode since they're finally picking up with the story. At least the question behind Shadowman's return has been answered (not what I was expecting). Hopefully this will lead to the Soul Unisons that are left.

Would it be too much to ask for a screen of the ass-bandage?

Finally, a decent looking ep. Shadowman comes back (hurray!) and best of all, no cross fusion (double hurray!!). Now I look forward to seeing this ep (Hehe. Ass band-aid). XD

Crap. I was expecting Shadowman to be an Asteroid. Great. Now I gotta remove him from my "project" that I'm working on in Photoshop. Also Cosmoman was probably the only thing that caught me off guard. (I knew Swallowman couldn't be trusted. Put I pegged him as Asteroid fodder not a Darkloid) I always hoped he'd (Cosmoman) have something to do with Duo or something.

And a new Darkloid force run by Dark Rockman?! Could this mean no more one-offed Asteroids? He sure was able to pull Cosmo, Swallow, Blizzard, and Cloud outta nowhere. Who's to say that Starman won't be rescued at the last second and given a rank amonst the new Darkloids? Hell, with them, Slur's Asteroids, and the Neo WWW, these last episodes are shaping up to make up for a lot of stuff they did wrong the first few eps in.

It sounds more like there are three groups of enemies for our heroes now:

1- Neo WWW
2- Duo, Slur and 'Ican'tstayaliveformorethanthirtyeffingminutes' Asteroid NAVIs
3- DS Megaman and the four new bad guys from MMBN5

I can only hope this will mean more solid storyline for Stream, they seem to be piling up a lotta crazy stuff recently, despite the extremely annoying fillers. While I know this is one is pretty good storywise, I hope to GOD the animation will go along with it...

Zetto, why do you always spell out "Navi" in all caps? It's not an acronym you know. It always seems like you're shouting that word for some reason.

Sounds like the story is taking a turn for the better. This seems like a good good episode.
