Alright, I'm at the water plant for the second time (after one of the towns people drank the bad water from the school fountain).

Okay, I'm on the level where you have to talk to Iceman. The problem is, I'm stuck in the platform covered in ice and I can't slide to the path that leads to Iceman. Can you help me out?

I assume that means you found the spigot without a handle, no?

Jack out, then go to Higsby's shop. There's an oddly parked car nearby. Being the inquisitive one that you are, you deftly open it, and Dr. Froid's son rolls out. He should give you a note, and a "Handle" program.

Now, proceed back to the Waterworks, and go to where ColorMan was before. Now, go to the spigot with no handle, install the handle, and proceed with the puzzle.

Ughh...sounds like you're in that place where the navi tells you exactly what to do--"Slide to a hole in the bottom. Melt the ice to create another. Then slide down another hole. Then you can get to the brown path on the right.", or words to that effect.

OK...here's what I can recall. The icy slab is divided into ten or so columns. Go to the third row from the right, I think, and slide due north on the ice. If you get it right, you should be able to fall in a hole that leads up and to the left. If you have, good for you! Before taking it, please grab the hidden PowerUp behind where you land.

Go up the ramp, and toggle the spigot twice. Slide back onto the icy grid, then aim for the melted row. Go to the third panel after the hole, then slide down the right. You are now on the brown path.

Third from the left end. IIRC, the grid is 8 X 8, so this is what it looks like, perspectively:

You won't travel to the end, a hole is somewhere in the middle. Drop down, and follow the path up. Drop back down onto the grid. From here, I don't remember which way your drop onto, but you fall into another hole. Grab the hidden BMD here (I missed it myself) that contains a PowerUP, and follow the path to a faucet. Run the water once, then shut it. A dry path is created, walk that to the next area.

It's vague, and is mostly supported by the words of MC.

The only stupid bits where when you had to slide on an angle. That took me ages to do for some reason.
