OC: Noah Kaiyou (Rockman.EXE: The College Years)

The plushie turned out a lot smaller than I had originally wanted. The red stuff is from scanner problems. And because I'm left-handed, there are smudges virtually everywhere.

Origin & Development of Noah:
Believe it or not, Noah began as a character in a Digimon RPG. He started off as an exact copy of Shun (which explains a lot) carrying around a plushie of a koala and his name was originally Noah Dratollum. Over time, I altered his outfit bit by bit. Noah first got heterochromia when I decided him to be a half-human, half-Digimon hybrid. He got his hair style after I had gotten my first taste of Mahou Sensei Negima and I decided to give him Negi's hair style, complete with ponytail but with some other alterations (for example, you'll notice he doesn't have Negi's antenna). The color was my own addition. It wasn't until after I had first introduced him into my fanfic that I replaced his koala plushie with a Sabata plushie. At the same time as the changing of the stuffed toys, I also changed his last name. I needed a name that sginified his evilness, but at the same time remain unnoticed until he revealed himself as the leader of VILE. My first thought was to use the word "youkai", which is Japanese for "demon", and spell it backwards, resulting in Iakuoy. But that seemed too obvious. Plus it both sounded and looked stupid. Then I thought abut switching the syllables and thus Noah's last name became Kaiyou.

The only things that haven't changed are Noah's age (he's always been seven years old) and his intelligence.

He looks...ebil. Too unnaturally evil. How he converted to being the seemingly idealistic protagonist in the recent arc is beyond me.

Nevertheless, this must be on the drawing, not the fic. I'll admit it is a fairly nice drawing. However, a lot of the colors are smudged, which gives a sort of a choppy feel to the drawing. In addition, I know of his dichromatic eyes, but perhaps they could have been made a tad more pronounced. The blurring there may be because the screen in this public terminal is very dim, but I have a feeling that the actual drawing is still the same.

A decent job, nonetheless.
