Bass's face in the manga

wel you knwo the purple part of his face? When I read in the 6th book he didn't have any purple marks or any indication of purple marks on his face. see? bass' face before he went bad

Then later on he got that purple mark on his face or at least lines to show he had a different color there. see? Bass afterwards

How did that mark come to be there? Did something modify him to look like that?

So you think insanity did this? I thought that navi's don't change unless someone modified them. You are saying then that Bass changed by himself then?

Well he is a fully sole navi. He doesn't require a human's help to battle or change, so it is highly possible.

I guess you are right about that. But why would he change only that much of his appearance? Confused

It could of also been caused by his new evil characteristic. I mean, look at Misaki. When he used dark syncro chips, look how he turned out. He became evil so he drastically looked different.

That's interesting..... I think it might be his hatred and anger that cause this..... His hatred for humans and how he became soo much more stronger.... or was it just the loss of the Professer?

well, also, he did a lot of fighting between then and the next time we see him, so it might be something he picked up with the Get Ability Program, maybe ha can get some things that change his appearance slightly, too

I read the 6 manga and i think bass change because I gain the dark power but not by being infected by dark chip but by his hatred alone.

You know how Forte was wearing limiters to suppress his powers? When he was fighting the navi that gave him his scar, the limiters rewrote his programming after he was scarred. I think that's what gave him the purple streaks down the sides of his face. :grr:

the forte rewrote the limiters not the limiters rewrote him he basicily absorbed the limiters and used them he also copied anything he needed so he probably copied some navi with lines on his face and those were just extra

In a lot of Japanese series, Rebels or delinquints add some kind of face paint whenever they are..rebeling or delinquinting o.o

So~! In this case, Forte EXE's violet marks were not natural, so after he became bad he add it on so it became a part of him from then on permanently, unlike Forte who had the purple marks ever since he was created.

The purple marks that he receives under his eyes after volume 6 are his warrior marks. They also identify him as the "Black Shadow."
