It means you can use this code in the Game "Megaman Battle Chip Challenge" that is out for the Game Boy Advance, and use the code to battle in a Tournament that Capcom specially made....it's a challenge deal, the codes really have no meaning in Battle Network 4 so if you don't got Battle Chip Challenge then don't worry about it

And I really hope you don't have Battle Chip Challenge. Because that game is just one big waste of $40-50.
Only buy it if you're just seeking to complete some sorta Megaman/Rockman collection and whatnot.
This is the kinda game where a Rotten Old Man wouldn't be a bad thing to get. |
