In megaman battle network 4 i found a strange code(in trash can in electown),what is that for? Confused

They're for Battle Chip Challenge/Battle Chip GP for the GBA.

It means...

They're for Megaman Battle Chip Challenge/Battle Chip GP for the GBA.

It means you can use this code in the Game "Megaman Battle Chip Challenge" that is out for the Game Boy Advance, and use the code to battle in a Tournament that Capcom specially made....it's a challenge deal, the codes really have no meaning in Battle Network 4 so if you don't got Battle Chip Challenge then don't worry about it Razz

And I really hope you don't have Battle Chip Challenge. Because that game is just one big waste of $40-50.
Only buy it if you're just seeking to complete some sorta Megaman/Rockman collection and whatnot.

This is the kinda game where a Rotten Old Man wouldn't be a bad thing to get.

Says you. I enjoy BCC, as do lots of people. Though maybe it's because we didn't get ripped off for it like you did. $40-$50? Should hope not.
