ok you all know iceman's operator toyra (sp)

and if you played battle net 2 or 3 you have seen sean they look a LOT alike to the point that i have pritty much asumed that they are either based on the other or that they are the same charater

do you think im off the twig or am i on targer

I couldn't tell you, since I have no idea what either "off the twig" or "on targer" mean. Maybe if you used some english metaphors...

Tohru is based on Froid's kid in BN1, who was a generic NPC. The anime designed him after Sean himself was already designed for BN2, so the reverse inspiration doesn't hold either. The two characters are unrelated, albeit they are similar anyway, though that's more than likely pure coincidence.

This is a bit like my theory. Sean is one of the more involved human characters in the manga, and Tory (there ya go PAC, now SHADDAP >=3) is the more involved human character in the anime. Also you may ntocie that their clothes are quite similar other than the different colors.

I first thought that Tory WAS Sean since the first eps I saw him in didn't refer to him by name, and because they look almost exactly the same.

Plus with Shun's loss of appearance, this gave them freedom to make Gospel Shuryou into something completely different.

Hmm... compare Tohru to his father. The two have identical hair, so it's obvious where that design came from. The only other simularity I can even see between Tohru and Shun after that is the hoodie... but Daisuke wears a hoodie too. I truly doubt Tohru and Shun have any relation at all.

Well it's not really the look I'm talking about when contrasting them, it's more their 'role' as part of the Netto-tachi.
