Could anyone make a sign for me?

It gotta be 400x150, have a cool green background, and i want this picture on it:

Do you mean a sig? If so, you don't need to make a new thread just for a request. The mods will more than likely get you into trouble for that. XD Look for some sig-maker's threads and request within those.

Please read the rules. It clearly states that you may not request for things, except in proper threads were people are open for requests.
