Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime

I'm a sucker for kiddie magical girl anime, and Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime is one of the sugariest ones yet! If any of you have seen Ojamajo Doremi you can see some resemblances from that show, since both of them are directed at little girls, Fine acts like Doremi a lot, and the goal of the show is to help other people rather than battling the forces of evil, which is what you would typically see in other magical girl series like Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, Futari wa Precure, and Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon.

This series is a must if you like cute things, but if you're someone who loves fighting and action, I'm sad to say that there's none of that in this series.
