Uhhhng... Please people, whenever you open a new topic asking a question, please, for the love of Rockman, elaborate your questions. Propose your theories or what did spark your curiosity into opening such topic. Refrain from posting questions with just one word or two as content.

Also, there is a topic that deals with Dark Chips, you might as well throw your inquire in that thread.

And just to answer your question, Forte/Bass is supposed to have an ultimate program that makes him 'uncorruptible'.
