axess episodes in japanese but with english subbs?

where can i find some without having to use bittorrent or megaupload(doesn't seem to work for me for some reason right now.last time i had to wait 30+ minutes just to watch one episode of stream)i missed much f the beginning of it and some other parts.i missed some of the beginning series but i'll look for it l8r. i just wanna know. wolfpack productions when i went there didn't have any kind of megaman stuff or any anime stuff on there.someone told me to go there but i either got the wrong url or somethin and also i can't dl bittorrent programs to watch the stuff on my mom's laptop(it is her laptop. and even though i'm 15(16 on november 13th) i can't dl bittorrent programs on the other comp either(my dad set it to where i can't dl stuff for some stupid reason and i dislike that very much)i just wanna watch megaman and protoman kick butt.that's all.is that a crime??? can someone help me out here plz?

p.s. i have already watched the first 4 eps of stream on exehq.com but i sorta have no idea what goin on but i'll read up on it l8r

suikoden352, I'm afraid at this time the only place to find subs of Axess is WPP, and they only use bitorrent. We're sorry if your parents do not allow you to install it, but there's nothing we can do. The series has been dubbed and currently airing on WB Kids.

As for stream episodes, the sticky "Rockman.EXE Stream downloads" has several LQs avaible. That's the only thread anyone is allowed to request episodes. HOWEVER, you are Not allowed to request anything on that thread until your post count reaches 50. We'd rather not have people joining merely to request episodes and not participate of the community.
