Who are Jammingman and Hatman? I,ve heard them mentioned but I don't know who they are.[/spoil]

They are two navis who are so far, exclusive to the Cell Phone Rockman.exe game.

I think that Jammingman is an evil independant navi while Hatman belongs to a kid introduced in the Cell Phone game.

Your guess is as good as ours. The images I linked to are as good as it gets. If there are any better shots of these navis, the MMC has yet to see them.

Yes, this game is indeed Japan-only. And I'm quite sure cell phones here in the US are not as powerful as the ones in Japan, thus we do not have the same quality games they do.
