My edit button has disapered. Whats going on?

Ergh.. It's rather odd but sometimes I do have an edit button when I'm the last poster, but in some cases I have not. (And yes, I did refesh to see if it's not accidently someone posting at the exact same time as me)

Edit: For example, now I have got an Edit button but in another recent post of mine (5 minutes ago), I have not, last poster in the topic too.

Yes the edit buttons on the "Site Recommendations" thread have run off with Chibi Starman ^-^ now the real question is where is it now? (P.S) my Edit Button is missing in the "Site Recommendations" thread like the joke above has stated what has happaned to it?

This might not be related to what we're talking about, but it involves the edit button.

Sometimes when I edit one of my messages, it sometimes says "Last edited by (username) at (time/date)" And sometimes it doesn't.

That is simple.

If you edit your message and it is the most recent post, then there is no mention of the editing.

However, if there are posts ahead of you that are more recent, then the "Last Edited By..." message appears because there are messages in front of it.
