This is an awesome manga (and now an anime) by Ken Akamatsu! The creator of Love Hina! Has anyone else read/seen this?

Read as far as scanlations have gone, but I haven't seen much of the anime because the decent groups who are subbing it are doing it very slowly.

Greatly looking forward to the new animation team working on it after episode 10, though. Hopefully it'll make up for the weird things they've been doing to the plot (how do you just skip over an entire arc like that? o.o)

I like Negi. Shotalicious.

Somehow, I always take a liking to anime child prodigies and Negi is among my top favorites. 10 years old and he's English to at an all-girls high school. I'm still trying to find all the chants for his spells.

Kotarou's also a great character.

Well, gimme a day or so and I'll post 'em. At least, the ones from the manga up through volume 4. Sadly I haven't been able to buy volume 5. >_<

I've only seen the first episode, but I'm downloading the next. What did they skip? And what difference will the new animation team bring to the show?

Didn't like it when it first started, but it slowly grew on me and now I'm enjoying the anime quite a bit Razz

Favorite characters are Negi and the girl with glasses, blue haired girl and shy purple haired girl. (pretty sure they hang out together, and I'm horrible with the names in this beyond Negi XD).

Well, the raws and fansubs are both easily accessible. Although you need BT and they're HQ.

Negima! is a pretty awesome anime and manga. I have the first 3 volumes of the manga and I find the rather amusing, especially the little weasel guy Laughing

. I don't have beyond episode 3 of Negima! because BitTorrent isn't working. I just hope the ending to this is better than the ending to the Love Hina anime.

Wow, they really are messing with the episode order, aren't they? Oh well. I'll still download it.

I'd have to say my favorite characters are Negi, Asuna, Chamo-kun, and Setsuna. Well, Nodoka's okay too. Just a bit too shy. I wonder who Negi'll ultimately end up with as his final partner. I'd like to think Asuna, but Nodoka seems pretty likely too. At least as far as I've seen.

Hmm... I think one should stay true to the manga rather than the anime.

The anime unfortunately I must say... has been quite disappointing from the 1st to fourth episode which I watched... the plot moves slowly, there's a lack of jokes and the hilarity which the comic had

Anyway, for those who CAN read chinese.. the current chinese translations go to book 8... =)

I do prefer the manga over the anime, but I've only seen two episodes. I have to download with Bit Torrent, and it goes so SLOW for me. >_<
I do rather like the theme-song though.

Is the relationship between Konoka and Setsuna any different? I noticed that Konoka spoke to Setsuna in the first episode, rather than the 4th volume. Does that really change anything?
