I've got a little challenge for you all.

Listed below are seven opening paragraphs for fanfics. I challenge any and all writers out there to write a short (or long, if you prefer) fanfic that starts with one of the following seven paragraphs.

1. As Enzan walked into his father's office, he suddenly felt a white-hot bullet graze the side of his face. As the man at the desk with the gun pointed at his heart removed the mask, Enzan was shocked to find that his would-be killer was none other than........

2. Narcy Hide stood on the roof of the Magnets Corporation headquarters with a big smile on his face as he held his PET up to the sky. Today, he and Videoman would unveil their grandest creation ever.

3. As Higure-san opened his front door, he saw Mariko standing there, soaked in the rain. Before he could say anything, she collapsed into his arms and began crying her eyes out.

4. Bubbleman's laughter echoed throughout the Undernet. "Ha Ha Ha! At last, my plan is complete, puku! All I have to do is press this button, and..."

5. Netto awoke in a hospital bed, covered in bandages and hurting all over. As he looked up, he was suprised and happy to see __________ sitting next to the bed, holding his hand.

6. Meijin stood outside of SciLab, dressed in a fancy tuxedo, ready for his blind date. As the limo pulled up and the door opened, he was shocked to find that his date was.....

7. Manabe woke up with a bad headache, the result of a massive hangover. An empty sake bottle lay next to her, along with Yuuichiro, Meijin, and Haruka, all of whom were only half dressed.
