A Net Savior's life

A/N: In this story, it takes place somewhere between Season 1 and Season 2 of RockMan EXE Stream, but I'll be using the english names. There will be small spoilers for those who never seen Stream yet in chapter one ONLY, so that's just a warning. It starts at EXE, but then switches to the X series... it's a cross-over for the main character of this story (no, not Lan). In the X series, it will be right after X8, before Command Mission. Also, even though Zero doesn't exist in the anime, it's a fic so he's come to existance, and Zero was a virus before becoming an independant NetNavi... just for this fic. :puku:

Rated: PG to PG-13, some swearing... and pranks and humor against poor X. :/

Disclaimer: Any characters of Capcom, or the trade-mark attack belonging to Inuyasha don't belong to me, except for myself (David) and my fan-made Navi ForteZero.EXE, who's voice sounds like Inuyasha. If the EXE series did belong to me, I'd make sure the dubbed names of most Navis would retain their original names from the games, but alas... one could only wish for it.

Chapter One

Hello, my name's David. Most of my friends know me as DarkStryker. I was just your typical average teenager... but, the only difference? I created a reploid like suit of armor to fight along side the Net Saviors during the whole Duo and Neo World 3 crap. I was fightning along side Lan, Chaud, and the other cross fused Net Saviors, until...

"Raikousen!" David vanished, only to reappear behind four dozen viruses, that were instantly deleted from an electrical blaze left in his path. David was the only Net Savior who didn't use a Synchro Chip, but he was also the only Net Savior who would create something that's much similar to technology of today. He wore a black body suit. Blue armor with white stripes around the front ecased his torso, with a round dark blue gen below the armor, two yellow stripes streaked down, ending at the belt. The belt was grey colored, with a pentagon icon on the front. The left side held a pistol on the left inside a holster, the same part on the right, where his PET would normally be stored. His boots were sleak and agile like blue with a red stripe, the knee pad large and translucent, the color of rose purple. The shoulder parts, green with orange stripes, the left side with his and ForteZero's icon -- the same as the Black Shadow's, but there's a red curved "S" -- emblazoned on it. His arms were encased in armor, which at the side, a large light purple crystal is fused into, the gloves pure white. A body pack almost identicle to R MegaMan's is clamped on his back, a green beam saber holder on the right side. David's helmet is fused of MegaMan ElecTeam style, Zero's, and MegaMan's -- the regular blue boy. ElecTeam's were the crests, MegaMan's part was the yellow helmet parts, and Zero's crests were embedded between ElecTeam style's crests. A bit of his black hair could be seen, but what was sticking out that falls between his eyes, were a lock of dark blue hair.

His Navi, ForteZero, would be in the PET, but David was smart enough to create a robot shell of his Navi. ForteZero was fighting by his operator's side, who they been friends with for four years. He had a strong resemblance of Bass. His chest is encased in dark grey body armor, with a power pack located on the back of the armor. He has the same purple stripes like Bass does. His icon, a round black circle with a red curved S with a non-damaged slash across it, is located inside the large diamond shaped jewel in the front of the chest armor. Unlike his "older brother", he either wears sunglasses similar to ProtoMan's visor or a long black and red scarf that flutters in the cyber wind. His helmet is the same as Bass, but the gold is shades of blue, same with his eyes, only sky blue. ForteZero was made four years ago, with help from a scientist who did some research on the independant Navi Bass, especialy the "Get Ability Program". For the next two years after ForteZero's "birth" into the cyber world, the dark Navi has been watching the "younger" version of himself. Unlike to everyone else, he took a liking to the Navi who almost looked like him, and decided to let ForteZero live. Although Bass didn't express that feeling, he was "glad" to have a younger brother.

Back to the battle, everyone else were either deleting some of the viruses while the rest -- R MegaMan, R ProtoMan, and R SearchMan -- were dealing with the new dark loids, CloudMan, SwallowMan, and CosmoMan.

"Give up now! We're beating you up hands-down!" SwallowMan said with a smirk as he took a pass around R ProtoMan, knocking him towards the ground with harsh force in the process.

"Megadeus Burst!" R MegaMan shouted as he took and aimmed a Program Advance at SwallowMan, knocking him out of the air right into CloudMan's face.

"Cosmo Prison!" the galaxy Navi shouted as his body melted away, only to resemble a small part of deep space. Suddenly, lots of small satellites were rushing out from the black holed galaxy, and were pelting against the Net Saviors. Lan was being protected with LifeAura, R ProtoMan blocked most of them with his Proto Sword and Hero Sword, and R SearchMan tried shooting down much of the satellites as possible. CosmoMan was finishing his attack, and as he morphed back to normal, David dashed right in and slashed the galaxy Navi across the chest, which was still being shaped. The attack caused a hole to rip in through mid-air, as the armored human was caught in the strong gravitational pull.

"David!" ForteZero cried as he blasted away the viruses with Iron Reaver, before diving in after his operator. A large explosion rocked out moments later, which was huge enough for the Dimensional Barrier Generators to break down, forcing the left over viruses and the three Dark Loids to return to the cyber world, and terminating the Net Savior's cross fusion, as well as the barrier.

"Another boring day... atleast no new threats are taking place..." X murmered to himself, as he took a stroll through the indoor gardens of Maverick Hunter HQ. It was a rainy day today so X didn't feel like heading to the outdoor gardens. X was enjoying the small peace of no wars, or any mavericks to fight, except for the perverted Dynamo, who somehow likes to take away Alia... if his schemes succeded of course, at which they don't. Other than that, it had it's downsides: when Zero doesn't get any action, he tends to start pranks among the rookies, and to top it off, Axl would go along for the heck of it. Suddenly, X found himself pelted from hundreds of water balloons when he reached a part of the garden surrounded by artificial trees and large bushes.

"Zero! Axl!" X shouted, as the two prankers ran off laughing at X. The blue reploid sighed as he returned to his quarters, so he could get himself dry.

"Damn.... where am I..." a voice said. This came from David, who was in his civilian clothes. He wore long faded blue jeans, combat styled boots that the millitary of Sharo wore, and a short sleeved shirt. He also had a black vest, non-zipped, with his and his Navi's icon emblazoned on it. David's black hair was a bit ruffled up from that trip. He got up, only to see his Navi's robot body, "ForteZero!" The eightteen year old teen crawled over to his Navi's body.

The Navi's eyes flutter open, before he bolted up. "Where? What happened!?" he yelled.

"ForteZero, glad your alright. Return to the PET, your body needs time to recover."

His Navi frowned and nodded before he was encased in a ball of white light. After it died down, there was the PET, shades of black, purple, and gold. David's was like the PET 3, but his was more different. It had it's own system similar to a PET charger, meaning it had no use for the chargers at home. He set it on recharge mode and sleep mode before putting it away in the PET case.

"Damn... where are we, and why is it raining out here in Sharo?" the teen asked himself. He got up and began searching for his friends, walking through what looked like... a forest. The battle with the Dark Loids drained him of most of his strength, but he was very tired. He cursed to himself before he fell to the ground, unconsious, as the rain kept pouring down.

Chapter Two

A/N: Since David's in the X Universe, the MegaMan ElecTeam crests and other parts are replaced with Axl's parts.

"Hmm..." a girl with pigtails looked at her computer, which she detected an energy signature, "Hey Alia, Layer, take a look at this."

The other two girls looked over at Pallete's screen, before Alia rushed over to her computer, and contacted Signas.

"What? An energy signature?" Signas shouted slightly.

"That's right sir. We can't determine if it's a Maverick or not," Alia said, "Pallete picked it up on the scanner."

"Contact X, Zero, and Axl right away," Signas ordered.

"Yes sir."

A few minutes later, X arrived at the Meeting room, Zero and Axl already there. Before he sat down, X bonked Zero and Axl over their heads.

"Hey, what was that for!?" Axl and Zero shouted at the same time.

"That was for the water balloons you threw at me at the gardens," X said. Signas cleared his throat, as X saluted him before taking his seat.

"Now then, a few minutes ago, Pallete picked up an energy signature somewhere close to Maverick Hunter HQ, off to the forest area. We need you to check it out. If it's a maverick, take it out."

"Alright sir, we'll handle it," X said as the three were dismissed.

"Well, this is the place... now where was it that this signature reading came from?" asked Zero.

"It should be beyond those trees," Axl said, as he starting running. Zero went after him, followed by X. When the three got through the thick patch of trees, they began searching around. It took a awhile, but Axl soon located the source. "A human!"

X and Zero quickly rushed over, to see Axl pick up a human male who was in his late teen years. He was pale, because of the cold rain.

"We need medics right away. We found a human out here!" X shouted into the Com link, as the three of them started their way back through a path Zero cut through with his Z Saber.

"I wonder how a human could be emitting an energy signature?"

"We'll figure it out later, we need to get him back to HQ, he's probably suffering from hypothermia," X shouted.

Before long, they made it back, where the medics team went and retrieved the kid. This brought about alot of gossip from the rookies and several hunters.

An hour passed, and David was placed in a recovery room made for humans. He was resting in a warm bed, with a monitor keeping track of his vital signs. On the table, the medics found his PET, which they placed next to him incase David awoke to find his posession missing. They however didn't find out about the armor he wore, which is currently in format inside the belt. X, Zero, Axl, and Signas walked in the room, just to see David stir and wake up.

"Forte... Zero... damn, where am I?" he asked in a groggy voice.

"Your at Maverick Hunter HQ," said a voice. David's eyes widen as he bolted up, only to lay eyes on four robotic like people.

"What..." he spotted his PET on a table next to his bed, which he reached out, and turned it back on.

"About time you turn the PET back on," said a voice, which the four reploids heard, "David, you alright?"

"Yeah... I'm fine I guess... I just think were not where we are anymore..." David said to his Navi.

The four watched the converstaion between David, and that voice inside that small machine. "The last thing I remember was we were in a battle with the Darkloids, where this hole opened up and dragged you in. I dove in after you to save you, but thats all I remember."

"I wonder how Lan and the others are, they must be wondering where the heck we are..." David layed his PET back on the table, only to see the four reploids looking at him with confusion.

"Umm, who was that you were talking to?" Zero asked, grabbing David's PET.

"Hey!" David grabbed his PET back from Zero's hand.

"Maybe we should give you time to rest, Mr. David," Signas said, "When you feel better, contact one of the nurses so we can discuss where your from." The commander then left the room, X, Zero, and Axl leaving, the door shutting. The room was a bit spacious, so he layed back down to regain his strength.

"Hey David, you mind?"

"Yeah sure..." David grabbed the PET, pressed the transformation button, and in no time, ForteZero was in his reploid like body once again. David quickly fell asleep. ForteZero grabbed a chair nearby and sat down, keeping watch over his operator.

"I wonder who that kid could be, and who he was talking to on that little thing he held in his hand," Zero said as he walked down to the human's room with X.

"Well, Signas wanted to be sure he gets rest before we can find out where he came from. We haven't heard any word in an hour so..." The entered the room, only to find another reploid sitting next to David who was awake, but still in a bit of pain, "Hey, who are you?" X demanded, catching the attention of some of the medical staff. Zero rushed over and grabbed ForteZero by the throat, who struggled to get out of the hold.

"Hey, leave him be!" David shouted as he miraculously got up, and did what could be the impossible for most Mavericks: go up against Zero when he was in his tense mode and knock him down hard, through a wall more likely.

"Damn..." David collasped a bit, as ForteZero held his operator. Everyone was amazed, shocked, or stunned at the sudden power he had in knocking Zero away from the strange reploid that was in the room. Zero himself was shocked, seeing a human do that to him.

"You gonna be ok?" David's Navi asked, worry hinted in his voice, which X could clearly see.

"Yeah... I will..."

"Umm, if your feeling alright, maybe I should escort you and your friend to the meeting room. You need to explain how you got here in the first place," X said, offering a hand to David. David looked up and accepted it.

"Alright guys, shows over."

Most of the rookies and other reploids started off, heading back to whatever they were doing. X and Zero led David to the meeting room, where he met three females, Alia, Pallete, and Layer, two other males, Douglus and Life Saver, the red-headed reploid Axl, and the same large reploid he saw earlier, Signas.

"If you take a seat please."

David smiled a bit, uneasy, and took a seat, ForteZero sitting next to him. Everyone sat down, as Signas was thinking.

"My name's Signas. The three girls to your right, the blond is Alia, the pigtails is Pallete, and the raven long hair is Layer. To my right is Life Saver, on the left is Douglus. The ones of your friend's right is X in the blue armor, Zero in the red armor, and the red-head is Axl. Now, Mr. David, three hours ago, we detected an energy signature not far from Maverick Hunter HQ. X, Zero, and Axl went to locate the source and found you. Can you tell us how you got here?" Signas asked, as everyone looked at him and ForteZero.

"I don't remember much, all I do remember was attacking CosmoMan when he finished his Cosmo Prison attack, and suddenly, I found myself sucked into this black swirling vortex."

They found it hard to believe him, as David was figiting about, even though he was eightteen, it was hard to not know where you were after something like that.

"David, every time we go into battle, we record the fight around us to study on our enemies strong and weak points. The PET and your Command Armor recorded everything during our battle at Sharo, maybe if we show it to them, then they could understand us better," ForteZero told his operator, who smiled and nodded. ForteZero glowed in front of everyone's eyes, as did David. The light was blinding a bit.

A black body suit appears over David's clothes. Blue armor with white stripes around the front snapped onto him, as the gem identical to Axl's appeared below the armor, two yellow stripes produced and streaked down, ending at the belt. The belt was grey colored, with a pentagon icon on the front. The left side held a pistol on the left inside a holster, the same part on the right. His boots were sleak and agile like blue with a red stripe, the knee pad large and translucent, the color of rose purple. Shoulder parts came on, green with orange stripes, the left side with his and ForteZero's icon emblazoned on it. His arms were encased in armor, which at the side, a large light purple crystal was fused into, the gloves pure white. A body pack almost identicle to R MegaMan's formed on his back, a green beam saber holder on the right side. David closed his eyes as his helmet fused of Axl's, Zero's, and MegaMan's formed over his head. Axl's part was the navy blue and red with yellow extensions, MegaMan's part was the yellow helmet parts, and Zero's crests were embedded between the yellow extensions, as David grabbed the now transformed PET out from the air.

When the light died down, they were all amazed at what they saw: a human with reploid armor and technology.

"Do you have a computer Mr. Signas?"

Signas pointed to the large computer behind his chair, as David went over. He found a red led bead which he could use. "Hope this works... Jack In!! ForteZero, power up!" A thin red beam of light was seen coming from one end of the PET David had in his hands, and in no time, materializing from pixels was the same reploid that was with David before the transformation, "Okay, access the files during our battle with the Darkloids."

"Sure thing." ForteZero's eyes seemed to get dull as ones and zeros rolled across them. That look vanished as a window screen opened up. When the file began playing, everyone watched with amazement. There was David and other humans performing that same transformation in a snowy area, which he called Sharo. He explained throughout some parts, as the rest, was sounds.

They watched as viruses appeared, and most of his friends took care of them, as three of them broke away from a group to face three others.

"Alright now, there's no way your plan will work!" R MegaMan shouted to a humanoid bird Navi. That Navi's name was SwallowMan.

"I hate to disagree. You and your friends will not be able to defeat us, and our plan will succeed. Swallow Strike!" He flapped his wings and took to the air, then divebombed the Navi in blue, who jumped up to avoid the attack.

Across from them, were R ProtoMan in red, and R SearchMan in camo like armor, facing against CloudMan, a thunder god like person riding a black storm cloud, and CosmoMan, a human like figure that looks like he was made from the elements of space itself.

"CosmoMan, your going down!" R ProtoMan said, as he dashed over to the Darkloid.

"Oh no I wont, Cosmo Ring!" He grabbed the green space ring that was around his body, and threw it at R ProtoMan. R SearchMan and CloudMan were in a similar battle.

"Search Grenades!" R SearchMan summoned a few grenades and threw them at CloudMan.

"Jugdement Thunder!" A huge black storm cloud appeared overhead and countless lightning bolts rained down, but the Sharo soldier evaded most of them while throwing more Search Grenades.

It was just a few minutes, and everyone's eyes were glued to the screen. "Give up now! We're beating you up hands-down!" SwallowMan said with a smirk as he took a pass around R ProtoMan, knocking him towards the ground with harsh force in the process.

"The file was made using standard camera points around the site... after I was sucked into that vortex, I somehow ended up here..."

They were amazed.

"So it seems that somehow a time hole ripped open, and you two were dragged into it. Until this mess gets sorted out, we'll provide a room for you. X, Zero, Axl, can you escourt our friend to the human section of Maverick Hunter HQ?"

"Sure thing commander," X said as he saluted him, before he and the other two led David out of the meeting room, after the teen jacked ForteZero out of the computer.

"So this is where we'll live until we find a way back home... looks good enough," David said.

There was a computer near the window, next to was a large bed fit for two. A closet was to the right near the door, and any other misc. stuff humans like to have. In a corner opposite of the desk and computer, was something that looked like a dressor drawer, but purely made of metal. He pressed the button on his belt, and the armor glowed and flashed before it formatted right into the belt. David laid down on the bed, and jacked his Navi into the computer through the green light button thing that was positioned over the on/off button. His Navi appeared on the screen.

"I wonder what I could do around here..." he thought out loud. David heard him though.

"You'd probably get deleted by their computer "virus" programs or something. Better just stay here."

"I hate not being able to go onto the net... I wonder how Zero is back in our world."

"And Alia... she must be worry for me. Hey, I just realized something."

"What?" ForteZero asked.

"The Zero from this world has that same mean and determined badass attitiude as the Zero from our world."

"How can you tell?" ForteZero asked.

"What the [beep] do you mean he's gone!?" Zero.EXE shouted in rage.

"That's what I said. David attacked CosmoMan, and suddenly, everythign went kaboom, and David and ForteZero were no where to be seen, and the Dimensional Barrier was destroyed as well," Lan told the once former virus.

The Blond Bomber was getting a bit pissed. As he turned around, he took his frustration out on a green Mr. Prog before logging out, returning to Alia's PET... David's girlfriend.

Chapter Three

"And that's what has happened so far. Ever since our new friend came here from his world, Maverick activity has increased. The most activity came from this abandoned factory north-northwest twenty miles from the North Pole. I need you three to go and investigate."

"Yes sir."

"I've prepared transportation for the destination. I've also gotten a report of possible survivors. Rescue them if you come across them. Dismissed."

"You heard that right?" ForteZero asked, disconnecting a link to the meeting room.

"Yeah I did. I'm gonna go follow, you stay here incase anyone wants to speak with me." David quickly gained his armor, opened the window, and went into stealth mode flying out the window.

The copter in five minutes left HQ. David was in stealth mode, flying after but not too close, to the copter X, Zero, adn Axl were in.

"It's been only three months since I became a Net Savior, and look what happens: I attack CosmoMan, and me and ForteZero get transported to an alternate universe. That freakin sucks... I only hope Alia doesn't too worry over me..." David was in a bit of silence, as he began remembering back to that one day when he became a Net Savior after saving a famous Net Savior's life.

FLASHBACK

(A/N: This Flashback is from Epi.31. Now this never happened in the anime, but... let's just say Lan did have trouble when he escaped in that jeep, leaving R ProtoMan to take care of the threat.)

"Ohh man... I'm in trouble, and Chaud can't help cause he's busy," Lan said to himself. In front of him, was the Navi who cornered him, BubbleMan.

"There's no where to run to human... Give up now blub."

Lan was backed up against the jeep, which the tires were damaged, at the building of where Mr. Famous and everyone else were at. Then...

"Iron Reavern Soul Stealer!" A Navi who almost looked like Bass came out of nowhere, and slashed at BubbleMan.

"Run now!" he ordered Lan to, who wasted no time and hurried back inside the building, blocking bubblehead out. BubbleMan was turning around to attack his assailent, but he vanished in thin-air.

The battle raged on, until ShadeMan in the past was deleted, resulting in the invading Darkloids in the present time to be deleted as well, including BubbleMan.

The whole ordeal over with, it was two days later, that they found the operator of the Navi who saved Lan's life, and he was granted the Net Savior badge.

END FLASHBACK

That was great saving Lan and all... but if I knew this would of happened, I would of declined and stayed with my love... David thought to himself. He quickly pushed those feelings of loneliness and sadness of being separated from his girlfriend, his friends and family, and where he used to live to the back of his mind, and continued following after the copter.

The transportation flew over a landing area that was slightly in ruins, and three Maverick Hunters jumped down from their transportation before it flew off.

"So this is the lab huh? It's completely destroyed. Must of been a wild maverick party," Zero said. Axl and X were looking around, then suddenly heard a crash. Our from the corner of X's eye, he saw a black blur run off. X fired a warning shot into that area where he saw the blur, hoping to flush out whatever it was, when Zero went to it, and found David hiding.

"Damn, do you always do that!?" the teen yelled.

"David, what the heck are you doing here?" Zero asked.

"What does it look like, I'm babysitting you three... I followed you guys. If there's gonna be some sort of adventure, then I go as well. I may be human, but I know how to kick ass."

"Well, it's too late to bring you back, so-" X stopped in mid-sentence as David grabbed his Magnum Revolver, and fired a plasma shot at him. It whizzed past his head and blasted down a small sized rodent. It quickly got up and began shooting out running bombs shaped like mice, but David grabbed his saber, pushed his new friends back, and sent a wave of energy, completely vaporizing the bombs, and deleting the mouse virus.

"A... virus?" David gasped, putting away his D Saber.

"Virus, like the Maverick Virus? How'd you know?" X asked David, after getting up.

"No X, it's not that kind of virus, it's like the ones from the file I showed you and the others at that meeting room. These types of viruses exist on the internet..."

"It must be that worm hole that you traveled through. It might of connected to this internet from your world, and brought them to life here in our world," X stated in a guess.

"Oh man... so if viruses somehow escaped into your world.... then that means..."

"So where are we again?" asked a flying bird Navi.

"I don't know, but somehow when that armored kid slashed me, we got sucked into a worm hole, which brought us to a different universe... Which means, us Darkloids can rule this world easily without those meddling Net Saviors interfering with our plans," CosmoMan shouted, as he went into a burst of evil laughter. CloudMan and SwallowMan sweatdropped.

"He must of spent too much time studying down that Dr. Regal guy before his demise..." SwallowMan said.

"That must be right... otherwise CosmoMan wouldn't act this idiotic."

"So... your the energy I sensed earlier..." a mysterious voice sounded out.

"What, who are you?" asked CloudMan. They were looking around, as a mysertious fog rolled out of nowhere. The voice echoed out in a bone-chilling manner. An entirely cloaked being appeared out from the thick fog, only his yellow dark eyes can be seen. "I am a friend... and nothing more. If you come with me, I can show you what I plan for world domination. I can give you all the power you want, everything you desire can be yours. Do you accept?"

SwallowMan and CloudMan looked at CosmoMan, who was deep in thought. He then looked at the mystery man. "We accept."

The man grinned, "Good..." He chuckled before he told them to follow, at which they did. The fog soon rolled out, and they were nowhere in sight.

[Mistress Leviathan]

Wow... this fic shows a bit of promise. Chapters 1 and 2 were good. Though "David" and "ForteZero" don't exist in the Stream series, a fic is a fic. Chapter 3 seems short, but it's good.

Chapter Four

New Disclaimer: Aside from above, I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh, except for some cards that are purely based on the EXE series. Those who like Yu-Gi-Oh/RockMan EXE cross-overs may/may not like this. New spoiler alert; [spoil:976b61d151]Dark MegaMan[/spoil:976b61d151] now shows up in this fic, so for those who haven't see the episodes that conatin the spoiler character, may be confused, sad, mad, whatever you feel like.


"Let's see now... good, this old computer still works," David said proudly as he tore out some sort of plug from his right arm and plugged it into a jack outlet. His arm displayed a holo-computer, which soon after completeing, displayed a map, and four signatures: X, Axl, Zero, and David.

"Well... it looks like there some small activity on the fourth floor below. We should check that out."

"Well, David, since you have a map layout of the building, you can lead," X said. David smiled a bit before he run out through a door leading to the stairs, with the other three hunters following after.

"Damn!" Zero cursed, as he slashed apart another Batbite mechaniloid. X and Axl were having a bit of trouble, until a blaze of dark purple flames shot out, incerating the rest of the bats. What were left flown off in fear.

"What was that?" Axl asked before they turned to David. On his left arm was some sort of machinery, and a card on it. If looked closely, it had the art drawing of Bass.EXE - The Black Shadow.

"That was a Darkness Overload attack. It's a Duel Monsters game back at my world, and most of my cards are legit," David said as he took out a deck from the machine thing on his left arm, before it glowed, and now returning to normal. He placed his deck in a safe pocket on his chest armor, before he pushed through them and continued on, his Magnum Revolver now drawn.

"That was a bit harsh... that proves mavericks may be here," Zero said before he bumbed into David, "Yo David, what's the hold-up?" He looked at David's emotionless face, as they soon noticed why he stopped. In front of them were the survivors, nothing remained except their bones, and crushed bone fragments and skulls.

"Oh my god..." David muttered in shock.

"Yes... they were good target practices. Come to the balcony three rooms ahead of you... right now," said a voice that echoed out all around them. David or his new friends couldn't figure out who's voice that was, cause it sounded like the being was using a voice scrambler. They nodded before heading past the corpses.

"So... I was right," David said after they reached the balcony room, "The Darkloids..." There in his sight, was CosmoMan, CloudMan, and SwallowMan. X, Axl, and Zero just stood there as David confronted them.

"That's right, guess we were caught in that time warp as well, but we aren't alone. Guess who else is here," CosmoMan sneered.

Pixels of data came forth, and deposited the past members of the Darkloids: ShadeMan, BeastMan, BubbleMan, FlashMan, PlantMan, BurnerMan, DesertMan, VideoMan, GravityMan, SwordMan, SparkMan, ColdMan, BrightMan, and StarMan. They all laughed evilly, as the three Maverick Hunters prepared for the worst.

"Noise Crush!" ShadeMan launched an opening attack, sending a loud screech attack, which harmed the three hunters, as well as blow them away. David's head gear has a high frequency model that blocks out noises that could permantly damage his hearing.

"Neon Lights!" FlashMan launched several multi-colored dome lightbulbs, which all were heading towards David. The teenager was ready, and he shielded himself with Big Guard.

"Strike Burner!"

"Great Lion Head!"

"Gravity Hold!"

"Bubble Parade!"

"Plant Buster!"

All of these attacks were overwhelming, as more Darkloids attacked.

"Meteors!"

"Ice Blocks!"

"Sonic Boom!"

David was straning hard not to let the attacks break through, until it cracked and crumbled, resulting in a horrific explosion. But that was not what it looked like, "Giga Crush!" David yelled out loud as a stronger energy blast ranged out, blasting back the Darkloids.

"Alright, retreat for now. ShadeMan, stall them!" CosmoMan ordered as they all logged out, leaving the vampire and the human to face eachother.

"You'll be dead soon, just after I drink your blood," he said with a toothy evil smirk, his fangs baring.

"Not on your life! If you ever heard of Boktai back at our world ShadeMan, then you know vampires hate the sun."

(This battle will depict the script from Command Mission.)

-(Music theme "Enter Zero!" MegaMan X Command Mission)-

"You shall soon be mine!" ShadeMan used his trade-mark attack, Noise Crush. LE damage was 500. David held out his Magnum Revolver, which morphed into the Gun Del Sol, and bathed ShadeMan in a burning light. After that, he dashed forward and triple slashed ShadeMan, for a total LE damage of 4231. ShadeMan expanded his wings and shielded himself in a defensive position. David back-flipped before jumping into the air, and swinging his D Saber in a spin. It hit home, and he jumped back. Damage was only 167 since ShadeMan protected himself. The vampire turned glossy purple and melted into the ground, only to reappear, and latch onto David, sucking away his strength to replenish his. He vanished, and reappeared to his spot. He dashed up, and swung his sharp claws down, leaving a slash mark across his chest. LE damage was 4659.

"Take this!" David shouted as a Sol De Vice was clamped onto his right arm. A coffin suddenly appeared and trapped the vampire within, as he broke the ceiling with a beam of light. He pointed towards the coffin, as four beams of intense sunlight circled the cofin for around seven times before he stopped. ShadeMan suffered high sun damage, 12356.

"NOOO!!!" ShadeMan cried out as his body exploded into data fragments.

SHADEMAN DELETED

David collasped a bit, just as his friends came running out onto the balcony.

"What happened? Where are those creeps?" Zero asked, wanting a peice of the action. From what they looked like, ShadeMan's Noise Crush attack seemed to blow them away from the building; they never saw him fight ShadeMan.

"They ran away, and I deleted ShadeMan," was all he said before contact broke through.

"Hunters, report," Alia said.

"Mission objective completed Alia. David will fill out the report, he did most of the work."

"David? What's he... never mind, just come back guys," she said before the link was disconnected.

They turned to David, but all they saw was David looking like a speck, flying back to Maverick Hunter HQ.

X, Zero, and Axl teleported back to HQ, where David was waiting. They were about to ask how he'd beat them here since teleporting was the fastest route of transportation, but he laughed before heading to his room to fill out a detailed report.

"So, taking from that mark on the armor, those idiot Darkloids are here as well?" ForteZero asked.

David smiled, "I can't keep anything from you bud. Yeah, they were caught in the vortex too. Also to top that off, our friends' old past enemies are here as well, revived."

"You mean..."

"Yup. ShadeMan is already deleted, but the rest are back... and Lan or the Net Saviors aren't here to help with this fight."

"Harsh... well, just like with at home, I take it you also have to do a report?"

David laughed at his Navi, Yup... definetly smart to know just about anything by judging looks... ForteZero, shut up."

The Navi laughed, as David explained what happened during what he considered his first mission against a Darkloid threat.

"I see that those Net Saviors lost a friend of theirs... but my generals are gone as well. Hmm, I think I shall find where this rip in time is and bring them home myself, leaving that kid and the Bass wanna-be trapped in whatever time or type of universe they are in now," A Navi said to himself, as he got up and logged out.

A Dimensional Barrier appeared at the last spot where his generals were, as the mystery Navi appeared in pixels of data. He held out a Darkchip, and used it's power to re-open that hole, at which he succeeded. He jumped on through, the hole closing, and the Dimensional Barrier vanishing.

"There you go Signas, the full report," David said, before an alarm went off.

Up at the front lobby, a vortex opened up, and deposited this mystery Navi, his "maverick" apperance causing mass panic.

The hunters surrounded the intruder, who sneered, and blew them all away with his great power.

"What the heck..." David muttered in shock, his face from worry, now to a tone of darkness, "Dark MegaMan..." When they heard that voice coming from David, they all backed away, just as X came up, hearing his almost forgotten name being said, Zero and Axl behind them.

"What?" Zero muttered. Axl's eyes widen, just as ForteZero appeared after getting a passing rookie to activate his reploid body option.

"Heh... DarkStryker... and ForteZero... how nice to meet at last. I've heard so much about you from my generals. I would like to test out your strength alone... DARK CHIP ACTIVATE!!" He screamed out loud, as a blackish purple chip appeared, only to break apart, as a demonic cloud appeared behind D MegaMan. It's red three slanted eyes and that creepy smile brought shivers down everyone's spines, before D MegaMan summoned up a Dark Sword, and dashed at amazing speeds towards David, who blocked it with his D Saber. Everyone backed up as David blasted D MegaMan out the lobby's front door, into the damp wet grounds of the front entrance.

"Dark Sonic Boom!" D MegaMan swung his blade through the air, sending a pure black sonic boom. David was blown back, as his crash created a dent the shape of his body into the wall. ForteZero dashed outward, his Forte Sabers drawn.

"Take this, Nine Fragments!" ForteZero suddenly sped up, as he began stabbing and slashing at a rapid speed. D MegaMan had a bit of trouble, but he found an opening and blew away the advancing Navi, but failed to notice David coming in.

"Omnislash!" He dashed in with amazing speed, slashed and stabbed from every possible direction, the blows from the saber were crushing. He appeared overhead D MegaMan after the fifteenth slash, and was about to bring the blade down for the final hit, but a satellite blocked David, sending him back a couple of feet. Both David and ForteZero saw CosmoMan appear, launching Comso Satellites.

"Sir, I'm glad I found you. I knew that was your dark powers I sensed. You alright?" he asked.

"Yes I am fine. Where are the others?"

"SwallowMan, CloudMan, and our now revived past Darkloids are at this pallace somewhere. I'll bring you there sir."

"Fine," D MegaMan said as he jumped onto CosmoMan's mode of transportation: a very large satellite, "That was a portion of my power... once we find a way home, you'll be trapped here. So long!" With that, they both took off, just as firepower was unleashed.

"Hold your fire... they're gone."

Medics rushed out to David and ForteZero, who were fine, but a bit banged up.

"That sucks..." Was all David said before he got up and went inside, back to his room, ForteZero following after.

"So, this is the new hiding place?"

"Yes it is, so your the leader of this Darkloid group?" asked a voice.

"Who is this?" D MegaMan demanded.

A shadowy figure stepped out. A small beam of light was reflected off his bald forehead, as the Maverick's mouth morphed into a insane grin.

Well... atleast I got a good review. Thanks Leviathan... It seems to not match that of the anime but I thought why not introduce a character that isn't based around the obvious choice of characters. Anyway, got more right here.

Chapter Five

"That was someone David called Dark MegaMan... there must be some paralels between our world and David's... that energy I sensed from that dark version of me when he used that thing he called a Dark Chip, was pure evil.... more than Sigma himself."

"David must of known these guys back at his home, so he must know some of their weaknesses," Axl said.

"No... not with D MegaMan," David said, walking over to their table in the mess hall, and taking a seat.

"You mean that was the first time you've met that Dark Mega guy?" Zero asked. David nodded.

"My friends back home have met him before... from what I've learned, D MegaMan came into existance after a Time Space battle twenty years ago in my world. My friend Lan has a Navi named MegaMan.EXE... MegaMan went twenty years into the past to stop ShadeMan's plan of ruling the world. When he was tainted with Shady's dark powers, he was only to break free with some help. On his return back to the present time once ShadeMan was deleted, a dark aura separated itself from Mega, and flown off. It was a few days later they learned that a Dark Soul version of the original MegaMan existed in the cyber world." The three Maverick Hunters were in silence.

"So, CosmoMan, tell me what happened during that fight," D MegaMan asked CosmoMan.

"You see sir, I was just finishing up my Cosmo Prison attack, when that armored punk slashed me. A vortex ripped open and he was dragged in, along with his Navi. All went kaboom, and we were in the cyber world... or so we thought. That same vortex opened up and dragged us in as well, but it also revived the Darkloids from the past as well, and here we are, stuck in some sort of alternate universe," CosmoMan said to D MegaMan.

"And what about this fellow there?"

"Him... he revealed himself to us and asked us to join, but we only did it so we can find a way back to you my lord," CosmoMan said, bowing down to D MegaMan.

The dark version of MegaMan walked over to the person sitting. "Who are you anyway?"

"Me... I told your friends I'm just a friend... you can relate to me as.... Sigma."

"And that's what happened guys," MegaMan.EXE finished his story. All of his friends were listening to MegaMan's every world, until one of them spoke up.

"So, MegaMan... how are we going to get David and ForteZero back?" Roll asked.

"I would like to know that as well my worthy foe," a voice said.

"What?" Everyone looked around for the voice, until their eyes laid upon, "Bass..."

The Black Shadow smirked, as he walked over to MegaMan, everyone else drawing our their default weapons. "So from what I heard... ForteZero and his, human operator David, vanished in some sort of black vortex?"

"Wait, how'd you know?" MegaMan asked.

"I'm the darkness MegaMan... I know everything..." Bass' actions stunned the rest of the group, and the operators who just listened in on Bass' apperance, "If my, brother, is to return... you better tell me first.... or else," Bass hissed at MegaMan in a dark brooding voice, before he vanished in pixels of data.

"Umm, MegaMan... am I going nuts or was that Bass calling ForteZero his "brother"..." Lan asked his NetNavi.

"I'm just as surprised as you are Lan..."

"So mister Sigma, how is it that I should help you?" D MegaMan asked. He was unsure of Sigma, but he had a feeling that he shouldn't be trusted.

"Because... with your, Dark Chips... we can rule this entire universe. And my enemies, the Maverick Hunters, will die before my feet... including X," Sigma hissed, a creepy smile forming over his face. He waved his hand, and the past Darkloids surrounded D MegaMan, CosmoMan, SwallowMan, and CloudMan. They all converged and held them down with force. Sigma went over, and with blood red claws produced from his right hand, he picked out some data from D MegaMan, before putting it in some sort of clear tube. "Now that I have no use for you four... It's time I sent you back." Sigma activated a machine that was behind him, and a black vortex opened up, leading to the cyber world in David's universe. With a shove, all four Darkloids were sent back to their own time, the vortex closing up.

"Sir, I found a chip that D MegaMan dropped," BubbleMan said, bringing a blackish purple chip over to Sigma, who took it from him.

"A Darkchip, yes... I can mass-produce these, and chaos will soon come raining down on this miserable planet. Everyone, get going... we have work to do," Sigma ordered. All the remaining Darkloids left without question, as Sigma stared at the chip in his hand, "I'm gonna do a bit of study on the material... it feels as if I've seen this type of alloy before..."

"You see everyone," David said. He was in the meeting room, with most of whom he already know, was looking at the charts and stuff Davdi showed them, "A Dark Chip is something of a pure evil entity. It greatily enhances the user's powers to unimaginable levels... but once used, the data gets corruded, and that Navi will soon be deleted from going power hungry. It turns him into what you guys put it, a Maverick..."

"We've faced off some people who still used Dark Chips, and the dark powers are something that the world will fear if things were gone out of control," ForteZero said.

"What about those who used a Dark Chip, and they're already evil," Axl asked David.

"Well..." David typed a few times, and with the database on his armor, brought up a file on NeedleMan, "This Navi is called NeedleMan. His operator is Ms. Yuri. Her Navi used to be a Darkloid, but the data on NeedleMan had bits of darkness, in terms, he was created as a evil Navi. Evil Navis or people who can somehow cross fuse with their Navis, that use a Dark Chip, the effects are not accounted for."

"So if Sigma were to get his hands on one of these if he's still alive, then his powers would be greatily enhanced?" Zero asked.

"If this Sigma character was as evil as he is, then yes: His powers would be greatily enhanced, and he wouldn't feel the side effects of using a Dark Chip."

They were all stunned. A ringing echoed through the silent room. "David... you have, email..." ForteZero said with a confused tone in his voice.

"An.... email?" David grabbed the PET and opened up the email. His eyes went wide, as the PET fell out of his hands in shock. Everyone got up from that sudden moment.

"What is it David?" Signas asked as he grabbed the device from the floor. He read it, and he too was in shock.

What the message read was: "I have Dark Chips. Once I have enough, you'll all die..."

"So that human answered my call... good... now that the Maverick Hunters know... we can now proceed with our plan. BurnerMan?" The rabid cupcake got up from his position on the ground and bowed in front of Sigma.

"Yes Lord Sigma?"

"Go to this location. I will give you the needed supplies to gather these materials for our Dark Chip production," Sigma said, handing the pyro Navi a metal clipboard with data on it.

"Yes sir." BurnerMan got up and left the throne room.

"With the metal alloy materials... I'll have an unlimited supply of these chips to spread my terror all around the universe, one year before we go over to 22XX." He snickered before going in his famous insane laugh, echoing throughout his new hide-out.

Chapter Six

"So, this is the place huh?" BurnerMan said to himself, as he looked around. There were lots of materials waiting to be dug up, "Alright, get to work." All the mechaniloids obeyed the cupcake and went to work. BurnerMan walked over to a large supply and smiled, his hand morphing into his Burn Buster. A sharp blue flame ignited, as he began working away at the metal.

This area was on a desolated island, somewhere located near The Ring of Fire.

"Recently, there was activity going on at this island, located near The Ring of Fire. X, Zero, Axl, this needs to be investigated. Whatever is happening, I'm sure it has something to do with this Dark Chip business."

"Yes sir." The three hunters said.

"Oh yeah, guys?"

"Yeah Commander?" X asked.

"Take David with you. He may be human, but he's known these new foes of ours. He can be of good use."

"Yes sir," X said as the three hunters filed out.

"Are you sure David would be ok with them?" Alia asked.

"David's human, but since our new enemies are from his world, he'll be a good asset towards defeating them."

"So, ever road one of these before?" Zero asked. David and the rest of them were on Jet Ski Ride Chasers.

"I have. Have a battlechip called "The Zero Dasher". It's a Rice Chaser chip."

"Heh, nice choice of name David," Zero said, slightly impressed.

"We're reaching target. Go!" said a hunter, who activated the hatch door. All four nodded before filing out in their chasers. Once they landed in the ocean, they kicked it up and sped down the ocean waves, heading towards the target.

"So they thought they had the upper hand huh?" BurnerMan said with a smirk on his face. He watched them coming from the horizon on their Ride Chasers.

"Shall we commence open fire sir?" asked an intellegant Commander Mettaur.

"Yeah, open fire!"

"Open fire!"

From the gang's position, beeps were ringing out on their consoles.

"Ohh shoot, enemy fire. Evasive manuevers!" X shouted as they kicked it to high speeds, evading the raining fire power.

"Random Meteor Battlechip," BurnerMan said, activating a Battlechip that he gained from being revived. Up above the hunter's location, a twinkle of light was seen, before flaming meteors started shooting down from the heavens. David went ahead of the group, and with quick reflexes on his Magnum Revolver, deflected them away from him or his friends. Axl drove up next to David.

"Nice shootin' Tex," Axl said with a smirk. David laughed before shooting behind Axl, deleting an Elecbee virus.

"Damn, you guys, viruses at ten o'clock!" David shouted. The three hunters looked and viruses were heading their way. Elecbees and Elecglobes were rushing towards them, sparking with electricity.

They all squeezed the triggers on their chasers and plasma shots rained out, blasting down most of the viruses that were trying to block their path.

"Wow, they're skilled than I took granted, ceased fire, prepare for the enemy."

The hunters and armored human reached ashore, as the engines stopped and they walked up shore. The only sounds were the waves crashing against the beach line, and against some of the rock formations. Four sniper shots ranged out, as David pressed his friends against the sand. The missed target, but it struck against the Ride Chasers, destroying them in a blaze of debris.

"Shoot... those shots came from Sniper Joe viruses..." David muttered, as they got up.

"Why don't you guys go and take out the factory... I'll handle whatever Darkloid may be behind this," David told his friends.

"Alright, but if something happens, contact us and we'll rush right over, ok?" X said.

"Sure thing," David said before he dashed off. The three hunters split up, heading towards a different direction.

David was crawling through a small jungle area, then several Whiter viruses dropped down, unleashing a green powdery spray. David rolled out of the way, before countering with his D Buster, deleting the viruses.

Axl was running along the beach, shooting at the mad mob of stampeding mechaniloids that look like one eyes bulls with sharp horns, "Crap crap crap crap crap!" Axl cried out, running as fast as he can, while trying to destroy them. Zero was in a similar situation, only hordes of mavericks were rushing out in their Ride Armors.

"Damnit! Don't you guys ever give up?" Zero shouted, slashing off an Electromagnetic Napalm Cannon from one of the Ride Armors before taking out the rider. Getting in, he threw several punches into the air.

"Time to kick some maverick butt," Zero said with a smile as he dashed into the fray.

X was blasting down the Mettaurs that rushed out, some were mechaniloids, others were viruses. He set the switch to one of the machines, and dashed off. The mets were wondering why he ran off until they noticed the one on the clock reached zero.

A large explosion rang out, as BurnerMan growled. "Take off now!" he yelled at the pilot, who soon took off, just as David reached the hanger bay. David notice the plane already in the air, guessing it had some sort of material. He then noticed a familiar Navi.

"Well well well.... if it isn't the rabid cupcake," David said with an evil smirk.

BurnerMan growled in disgust. He hated that nickname. "Shut up! I hate that damn nickname human!" he yelled at David, turning around.

David was laughing, before he got all serious like, "Sorry cupcake man, I mean BurnerMan... time to settle this."

"Just what I was thinking, Strike Burner!" He launched a blue flame at David, who rolled out of the way, drawing out his Saber. BurnerMan retained the blue flame into a sword like manner before their weapons clashed against eachother. They growled at eachother, trying to overpower the other, until BurnerMan leg swiped David. BurnerMan launched a barrage of blue flames at David, but he rolled out of harms way a second before he was burned.

"BigRedWave Battlechip!" BurnerMan shouted, as an ocean wave crashed up against the open hanger. The ocean water turned into a red liquid, washed over BurnerMan and rushed towards David. He activated Big Guard and barely blocked the attack. He disengaged the barrier, but then BurnerMan dashed up and kicked him in the gut, before tossing him into a bunch of machines.

"Grrrrr, Burning Jet!" He let out a battle cry before flying down the path, heading straight towards David, leaving behind a trail of flames in his wake. David was sure this was the end, before Zero in his Ride Armor jumped down, and punched the rabid cupcake in the face.

"Zero!" David cried out, who the former hunter turned around and smiled. X and Axl also appeared.

"You alright David?" X asked, helping the human up.

"Yeah I am." Just then, a PET dropped into David's hand, as ForteZero appeared.

"Hey bro, don't think I'll be left behind."

David smiled, "How'd you get here?"

"Teleported. I also created an Extra Code, which let out my reploid body out of the PET, so you cna supply me with Battlechips."

"Alright then. BurnerMan, time to be deleted," David said.

"You think so huh? Well then," BurnerMan held out his hand, and a black chip appeared. It broke apart as that same demonic cloud appeared behind him before entering BurnerMan. Now fueled with the Dark Chip, he smiled insanely like.

"Battle routine set!" David shouted.

"Execute!" ForteZero said, as he jumped into the air.

"M-Cannon Battlechip in, triple download!" Davdi inserted three chips into the PET, as ForteZero combined them into a Program Advance.

"Giga Cannon 3!" the Navi shouted as he blasted BurnerMan with a barrage of firepower.

"Burning Jet!" BurnerMan growled before burn dashing, leaving behind powerful heat and flames. ForteZero evaded as long as he could.

"Here ForteZero, SesshoumaruDNA Battlechip in, download!" ForteZero was engulfed in a bright light, surprising the Maverick Hunters that were watching. The light died down, and they could see a long flowing fur pelt flapping against the mysterious wind blowing through the open hanger bay. ForteZero was now wearing a white long kimono. It had red and blue printes all over. Around the left shoulder were metal like shoulderpads with spikes. On the other side, is the long flowing dragon fur pelt. His face is white, two small red marks going across the sides of his face near his ears. His hands bore the same marks, as on his forehead between his eyes is a shape of a blue crescent moon. His eyes are now yellow, with a peircing look. His hair was a bit long, the color more of a cotton blue look.

"Taste the power of my Toukijin, BurnerMan," Sesshoumaru-ForteZero said, the voice matching Inuyasha's older brother, as he drew out the blade, and slashed through the air, catching BurnerMan in the directed blast of demonic energy.

"You little freak!" BurnerMan shouted, as he got up.

"Take this," he calmly said, as his fingernails glowed, before he began whipping the burning Navi with spirit like energy whips. BurnerMan growled before dashing over, but Sesshoumaru-ForteZero was prepared. He thrusted the sword in front of him, and it peirced through BurnerMan's torso. BurnerMan's eyes went wide, his mouth agape, before Sesshoumaru-ForteZero pulled out the blade, and placed it back into the holster. BurnerMan stumbled back, before he collasped. His body morphed into the word deleted, before returning to normal, the data now breaking apart and flowing away.

BURNERMAN DELETED

"Alia, you read me?" X called into the Com link, as ForteZero glowed, returning to normal.

"Yes X, what happened?"

"Mission accomplished Alia. We took care of the activity going on here. From what it looked like, there was some sort of excavation going on before we arrived. Whatever they were digging for, they're long gone. David also taken care of another Darkloid."

"Hmm... we'll figure it out once you come back X," Alia said sweetly, making X blush a little.

"We should take out the factory first hand before going," Zero said.

"I have just the thing," David said, as he held out three TimeBomb Battlechips. He activated the holo-computer, and soon he was ready to teleport, "TimeBomb Battlechip in, triple download!"

ForteZero raised his hand as the powers converged to create, "TimeBomb+... with this, it'll blow up this factory." ForteZero tossed it at the main generators in the hanger. When it landed, it clicked, and the number three appeared, and began counting down slowly. Everyone teleported out of the area, just as it reached zero.

"So... BurnerMan was deleted?" Sigma asked someone in front of him.

"Yes my lord, but he suceeded with bringing us the needed materials blub," BubbleMan said.

"Good, go away now."

BubbleMan got up and left, just as Sigma turned to a screen, which was at the loading/unloading area. Hundreds of mavericks and Mettairs went bringing out the materials, as BeastMan and FlashMan directed which material items to go where and such. A evil smirk cross his lips, as he watched the progress. "Now the production can begin..."

Chapter Seven

"Alia... you alright?" Zero asked, hearing a sniffle coming from his Net-op.

"Yeah... but I miss David," she said, sadness in her voice. Zero knew how much she loved David, and he knew that David must be doing whatever he can to get back home... where ever he was that is.

"Alia, you must be strong. I'm sure David misses you too. I bet he's trying to get back home after what happened. He loves you as much as you love him, and that feeling is what will help bring David back home."

Alia sniffled and wiped teh tears from her eyes, "Your right Zero. I'll be waiting for him to return home. I'm sure Mr. Famous is figuring out a way to find out where he got transported to after that last battle with the Darkloids."

Zero nodded, "Yeah. Since CosmoMan was caught, he was questioned, but then he escaped." Zero remembered that like it was yesterday... well it was yesterday.

FLASHBACK

"So CosmoMan, what happened during the battle at Sharo?" Chaud asked. CosmoMan looked up at the window screen, and flipped off the skunk haired teen. Chaud was getting angry, but ProtoMan pressed the sword against CosmoMan's throat. It was the only way of getting the Darkloid to speak.

"Fine then... after that brat in the armor slashed me when I was reforming back, a vortex opened up. You know the rest."

"Yes we do."

"But then," CosmoMan continued, getting their interests of the Net Saviors, "We were caught in the blast as well. We were transported to an alternate universe where robots and humans co-exist among eachother, but... a renegade group called Mavericks are like viruses of our world, they cause terror and destruction. We joined this reploid, who called himself Sigma, for awhile."

"Then what?" Zero asked, appearing in a shower of pixels.

"D MegaMan came after us, found us, and we were betrayed right away. The past members of the Darkloids are in that time and universe under Sigma's command, and we were sent back through a machine." After CosmoMan said that, he broke free of the chains, launched a barrage of Cosmo Satellites, and made his quick escape.

END FLASHBACK

"If Mr. Famous can figure out a way, I'll be glad to be with David again..." Alia smiled before getting ready for bed.

Zero smiled before putting the PET into sleep mode.

An explosion ringed out, which made the fellow Darkloids rush in.

"It is nothing my fellow warriors... just a bit of power I've gained from D MegaMan's data... on the only machine that would of helped that human get back home. Get back to work!" He bellowed, making the Darkloids walk back out, closing the door behind them.

"Heh... maybe now I can send my other Darkloid warriors out to terrorize parts of the globe... but first... BubbleMan!"

The door opened up, and bubbleboy shows up. "Yes my lord?"

"Clean up this mess," Sigma said, tossing a broom, dustpan, and a frilly apron towards the Navi. BubbleMan sweatdropped.

"Is the apron really nessasary?" He whimpered when Sigma suddenly went super scary, "Uhh never mind blub!" BubbleMan went quickly to work faster than QuickMan on top speed while wearing that apron, as Sigma laughed a bit before heading through another door near the destroy time machine.

It was night time, as David was still up. The clock read four thirtyeight. The teenager sighed, got up from bed and left the room, leaving his PET behind. David was walking through HQ, passing by some of the night guards, until he reached the outdoor gardens. Taking in the beautiful sight, he sat down at one of the benches, underneath one of the sidewalk light posts. It was starting to get bright in the sky over the horizon, as David watched a beautiful sunrise.

"Came out for the sunrise?" asked a voice.

David turned around and saw Zero. "You could say that... been having a problem sleeping though..."

"Why's that?"

"Alia..." he whispered. This caught Zero's attention.

"What about Alia?"

"No, not her... my Alia... at my world..." Zero then caught up with what he was saying, "Alia's my girlfriend, and I miss her alot... I just want to get home bad so I can be with her once again Z..."

"And your Alia... she's cute right?" Zero asked.

"She's beautiful... she can do lots of things, anything with technology or about technology. That's how I got this Command Armor, she helped me with most of the work. And her NetNavi... heh... it's you," David said.

"Really... so there's a paralel link of me then?"

"Yup... the things that match is your cool attitude and good looks. The Zero in my world is somewhat of a god among the young female Navis."

"Really," Zero smirked.

David laughed a bit, as he went into detail about Zero.EXE, what he looks like in comparison (Zero.EXE looks the same, but he has human like figures now).

"So what shall we do master?" CosmoMan asked D MegaMan.

"Hmm, we should take a break for now. Nothing good to cause chaos to the human world."

"Umm, ok then." CosmoMan then walked out of the area, leaving D MegaMan alone. He was thinking of Sigma, and how that freak quickly took control of the past Darkloids, took a bit of his data, and sent him back home.

"Those Net Saviors are somewhere that I can't even locate... so hows abous a day off won't hurt. I mean it's not like they'll find out."

True enough, most of the canidates that can perform Cross Fusion, as well as mostly anyone else that came uninvited, were at a secluded island of some sort, enjoying what looks to be like a vacation rather than training for Cross Fusion.

"Here Mr. Famous, take this sunscreen, or else you'll get sunburn," Dr. Hikari said, holding out a bottle of SPF120 sunscreen.

"Uh...." was what escape Famous' mouth, as he looked at the bottle with a weird look on his face.

Located four miles west of Maverick Hunter HQ was a bright alive, cultivated city. People of different lifestyles go about their business. In the middle of the live city, was FlashMan. He took the moment to survey the surrounding area, and he was amused. "My my such beautiful lights. Such a shame we'll have to destroy it for the energy. Neon Lights!" FlashMan launched several dome shaped bulbs at a nearby building, destroying it and causing up a mass panic among the civilians.

"Hold it right there Maverick!" shouted a reploid police. FlashMan looked and saw he was surrounded.

"Maverick... I'm no Maverick. I'm a NetNavi, call me FlashMan. Spark Arm!" FlashMan slammed his hand towards the cement ground, and electricity arced out and electrocuted the ring of cops until the motherboards exploded, "I'm also a Darkloid. Neon Lights!" Suddenly, everything went to a grainy like view, as if it was on television. In fact, it was.

"And that's what happened," Signas said. The hunters, and temporary Maverick Hunter David and ForteZero watched the destruction being laid to waste by a Darkloid on a huge flat screen television monitor.

"FlashMan... he's an electric Navi. Damn it!" David cursed as he barged out the door, ForteZero following close by.

"Hey David wait up!"

"X, go after him. Zero, Axl, you go and locate any survivors in the ruined buildings, I'll send for the rescue team once you get there."

"Take this, Neon Lights!" FlashMan sent more bulbs at a flank of reploid officers, before spotting a human child, and grabbing her, "Hurt me, and this human dies," He hissed, forcing the officers to stop their assault.

"AreaGrab, download!"

"What?" ForteZero appeared out of nowhere, grabbed the child, and warped away again. When that happened, the leader of the police squad let loose a barrage of gun fire, followed by the rest of the cops. FlashMan created a barrier of electricity, absorbed the bullets, and sent them back, killing them all with the bullets that were charged with an electric shock.

"So... David was it?" FlashMan asked, turning around to see the human flanked in his armor, with ForteZero just appearing after getting her and the mother to safety, "Yeah, I'm sure that's your name... I'm only doing what my master wants for me to do, and that's taking the electricity of this town. I'm just cover-fire."

"So there's someone else doing it?" David asked, his hand over his Magnum Revolver.

"Of course kid. Neon Lights!" FlashMan unleashed a barrage of dome shaped bulbs, which the two evaded.

"BambooSword Battlechip in, download!" ForteZero grabbed his Forte Sabers, and the color changed to shades of pale green. ForteZero dashed in, and took a swing. FlashMan stepsided, and blocked the second slash with his arm, the metal part on both arms now extended outward.

"You Black Shadow wanna-be, your no match for me," FlashMan taunted.

ForteZero smirked before he dropped his guard, and jumped back, revealing a glowing David.

"Big Bang Strike!" He cried, launching a powerful blast of energy towards FlashMan. His eyes widen as he was engulfed, and sent through a tree, crashing against a metal frame playground.

"You little punk... I'm gonna delete you with my own two hands."

"How about some help them?" BeastMan said, appearing in a shower of pixels next to FlashMan, "The master is watching and sent for me to help you." BeastMan explained, handing him a Darkchip.

"Fine then, you take care of the Navi, I'll handle his operator..." FlashMan smirked as BeastMan let out a howl, before dashing towards the Navi, claws as sharp as they can be.

"Humans and their Net-ops are usless, and should be terminated!" He cried, taking a slash at ForteZero, who kicked BeastMan in the face before putting away his sabers.

"Iron Reavern Soul Stealer!" ForteZero dash jumped upward, slashing across BeastMan's chest.

"David!" David turned around and saw X running up towards him.

"X, there's someone draining the power from the city."

"I know, I took care of it."

"You... the master will be glad to hear that you've been deleted, X. And I have just the thing for it. Dark Chip, Activate!" FlashMan activated the dreaded chip, and the black cloud formed over FlashMan before he absorbed it, "Neon Lights!" He sent out dome shaped bulbs, which their speeds now tripled. The two had no idea until it struck them dead center.

"Damn... D Buster!" David morphed his right hand into his bustergun after putting away the PET in the case, and let loose a barrage of plasma shots. X tried to get a lock on FlashMan, but couldn't because he was going real fast.

"Shoot! Can't get a lock!" X shouted. He got up and charged some energy, "David, distract him!"

"Right! FlashMan, let's go!" David morphed his hand back, then grabbed his D Saber. FlashMan smirked, even with the permanent mouthguard on, before the two combat fighters dashed at eachother, their weapons clashing. Over with BeastMan and ForteZero, the two were going at with with nothing but their own strength. Right now, BeastMan was winning by a slim hope. ForteZeor growled before flipping over the Darkloid, and kicking him in the back, before dashing and slashing himn across the face. The lion Navi hiss and growled, being blind from the slash across his right eye. ForteZero took this chance, and attacked with Nine Fragments, slicing off his arms.

"AHHH! My arms!!!" He cried in pain, "Grrrrr, you little bastard. Darkchip times four!" The chips appeared, and were absorbed. BeastMan flashed before his horn grew bigger, his hair more wild and alot longer, and growing new arms, as well as the claws getting five times larger. The old arms disentergrated into data scrap, as his color scheme changed to purple shades. The wild Darkloid went mad with power, as it tore through the Navi's defenses.

"Charged Shot!" X let loose a blast of energy, which slightly peirced through the aura surrounding FlashMan.

"You two just don't know when to give up!" He slashed at David, sending him back, before launching an attack on X, blasting the blue bomber into a building.

"Hey dome-head!" FlashMan looked up, and saw Zero's saber slashing through his Dark Aura, and off goes his right arm.

Axl let loose a barrage of plasma at the feral Darkloid, before grabbing ForteZero and taking flight. He was flying before he landed, set David on the ground, before rolling to get BeastMan's attention, which worked. The feral Navi slash wildly, trying to het his opponent. Axl kept blasting him with his Axl guns.

"Delete! Delete!! Delete!!!" BeastMan cried out, before his eyes went dull. The chip's power like last time, corroded his data, and he was deleted from his own selfish needs.

BEASTMAN DELETED

"Ahhh.... you brat! Shining Browser Crusher!" He grabbed the two lightbulbs on his shoulders and began glowing, but he never got the chance to attack officially, because of a dark green saber through his gut. David pulled it out before Zero unleashed one of his special moves, making swiss cheese out of the electric Navi.

"You little.... just you wait Maverick Hunters... the master will bring this world to darkness..."

FLASHMAN DELETED

David was grasping for breath, he was tired, "Is ForteZero... alright?"

"Yeah, he'll be ok."

"David pressed a button on the PET after bringing it out, and his Navi glowed before returning to it. He placed it in recharge mode before formatting his armor back into the belt, before collapsing. X was walking over, in a bit of pain.

"He's gonna be ok, right?" Zero asked Axl.

"Yeah, he'll be ok. I wonder if this is the kind of stuff he does at his world..."

"Nah, he has his Navi thingy with him to help battle these Darkloid people," Zero said, before looking at X, "Woah X, what happened to you?"

"I took a flight head first into a building Zero..." X replied painfully. The medic team arrived to treat any injury, while the hunters rested after a hard fight that almost leveled down a city.

"There Master Sigma, everything's clean," BubbleMan said, as everything was either dusted for cobwebs, or run-down machines were fixed up.

"Good, you may take a break BubbleMan."

"The bubbly Navi cheered before skipping out the room. Sigma growled in disgust, but rather enjoyed having a "maid" to work around the pallace.

"I've returned with the stolen energy and the electricity Sigma... so, what shall we do about the Hunters?" said a familiar voice.

"Vile... we'll target random locations with the remaining Darkloids... and draw them out, until GravityMan finishes with the hacking of Maverick Hunter's computer systems. Once he's accomplish that task, we'll send in DesertMan, and past data of one of our good Maverick warriors."

Vile stepped out of the shadows. He was repaired a bit, except for a scar on his chest that was given to him by Zero's Z Saber, which he wears a brown raggy cloak to conceal it. "I've gotten the perfect target for it; the Hunters' training rooms. We can send our cyber versioned mechaniloids and the viruses that came from the human's universe into the systems to hide the real objective."

"That sounds wonderful Vile. Check GravityMan and see if he's finished with the task," Sigma said.

"Yes sir at once," the masked reploid replied before leaving the throne room.

"The Maverick Hunters... I've been beaten by X, and Zero for so long. I used Red Alert for my schemes once, and destroyed them except for that red headed punk Axl. Four months ago... Lumine was using me as a cover for his plan as ruler. But instead of leaving after he was killed, they should of taken me out while I was still in my repair mode... That was a sad mistake on their part. Soon... I'll be able to get rid of them once and for all..." He smiled, then went into an insane laughter.

"Task 50% Complete, need more time for task," was GravityMan's monotone reply to Vile, who only turned around, and exited the room.

"Maybe I should have a little fun with the kid that is visiting our universe for awhile, atleast until GravityMan is finished with the task." The masked reploid smiled beneath his helmet as he pulled out a PC Pocket, and went to writing an email using his hacking skills to David's device he heard was called a PET.

Chapter Eight

David sat in the room he lives for the time being, thinking about his girlfriend, Alia.

"Man I miss her... hope she's waiting for me... I can't stand being separated from her this long..." David muttered to himself.

"Hey David, Alia's strong. I'm sure they already told her abotu what happened with us."

"Maybe, but I hgope they didn't kept her in the dark," David replied.

"If they did, Zero... our world's Zero, would if kicked Mega and Proto's butts bad to force information all for Alia's sake," ForteZero said with a laugh.

"Maybe your right. I mean, Zero can be pretty hard to beat if you piss him off. Like with GutsMan, remember? That lumbering ox thought that Zero's hair was some sort of mat and he pounded it with his Guts Hammer."

"Yeah, Zero wouldn't give up chasing GutsMan throughout the net until he gotten revenge over his ruined hair," ForteZero then laughed. David joined in a bit before he got quiet, "David listen pal... we'll find a way home. Until then, we'll just go and kick the Darkloids' butts here and take care of the evil that is here before returning home. After that, then we can deal with the threat already happening with D MegaMan and the three other new Darkloids."

"Yeah... but since this whole ordeal happened, the attacks, I'm surprised to not see CosmoMan, SwallowMan, or CloudMan accompany the past Darkloids," David pondered for awhile.

"It's not like this new evil leader destroyed them, and then take their data right?"

They then gotten an email. David checked it, but he was surprised that it was not signed. He virus scanned it before opening it. The email read as followed:

"Listen human. I know what it is you want. Appear at the Pine Creek Lodge located a mile southwest of Maverick Hunter HQ. You'll be sorry if you don't. Don't bring anyone with you, or you won't get the time machine that can send you home."

"... Should we go?" ForteZero asked.

"... Lets." David jacked out his Navi from the computer, locked the door to his room, and transformed into his Command Armor. Activating Stealth Mode, he opened the window, got out, closed it, and took off to the destination.

From what was gonna happen, they had no idea that Vile was setting a trap for David and ForteZero.

Chapter Nine

"I can't believe this world has a Pine Creek Lodge Hotel... whoever that sent us the email wants us gone..." David said as he landed, and started looking around. It was a tad creepy, fog rolling around, like something out of a horror movie, "This place reminds me of Crystal Lake from those Friday the 13th movies..."

"Hey take a look at that David," ForteZero said. The human looked over to an abandoned stand of movie shelves, and grabbed a tape off the stand.

"... Friday the 13th XXVII? Man... never thought movies from our world existed here in this world too..." David then jumped away, just as a laser shot struck his place, blowing up the video stand.

"So... you knew I was here huh kid?" a voice hissed throughout the foggy air. David drew out his pistol, and his saber, getting into a defensive position.

"Hey, doesn't that voice sound familiar David?" ForteZero shouted. David's eyes then widen.

"No way..."

"Yes, the name's Vile," the masked reploid said, stepping out from his hiding spot; a very large pine tree.

"His voice sounds like Spike Speigle from Cowboy Bebop!"

Vile face-faulted. "God damn it not this again... People have been asking me if I do that blasted voice of that space outlaw for as long as I remembered!"

"What, the show exists here as well?" David questioned, a sweatdrop forming.

"Yes it does, it exists in your universe too?"

"Umm, yeah," David said.

Vile growled a bit, annoyed. "Look you, I know where you came from kid. From that warp in time and space. I knew you would of been able to delete those Darkloids that works for Sigma, so I devised a plan to lure you out away from Maverick Hunter HQ... and I must say it worked well."

David lowered his eyes. "What about the time machine?"

"What time machine... oh, wait... there was one, but Sigma destroyed that machine after sending that Dark MegaMan guy and his three cronies back to your world." David's anger started to rise a bit. "Yes its sad... but Sigma thought that you might of come here for destiny. So I'm here on his behalf to kill you!" Vile then unleased his plasma beams onto him from his shoulder cannon. David jumped and evaded the attacks, before launching a blast of plasma from his pistol.

"Your gonna have to do better than that!" He then was struck in the back by a slash from a sword. David grinned, as ForteZero revealed himself.

"Where did he come from?" Vile shouted as he fired a blast from his pistol, only for ForteZero to evade and jump to his Net-op's side.

"While you were trying to hit me with your attacks, I used the smoke from the missed attacks and this fog to cover for ForteZero to exit the PET into his reploid body. Ready friend, ViciousDNA Battlechip in, download!" David inserted a chip into his PET, and his Navi began glowing. The light soon vanished, and Vicious-ForteZero dashed off right away. Vicious-ForteZero carries a long Katana. He is dressed in a long black overcoat, with a black loose shirt underneath. He wears tight black pants, and black combat style boots. His hair is grayish silver, somewhat long. His piercing eyes are pitch black. Vile gasped when he found the katana pressed against his neck.

"One move, and your be-headed," Vicious-ForteZero hissed.

Vile dropped a bomb, which exploded, blinding the Navi, and David. The masked reploid took this chance and escaped.

"There's an intruder gaining access to our systems!" Alia shouted, gathering attention. Inside the systems of Maverick Hunter HQ, DesertMan appeared.

"Time to bury this place in sand, Go forth my viruses!" DesertMan shouted, as hundreds of viruses materialized, and began causing chaos. Alarms blared out, as everyone were at the computers, trying to combat the viruses. Signas were shouting orders, before the main monitor blanked, and revealed the desert Navi. "Hello, I am DesertMan. You all shall die by my hands!" All around the building, most of the security systems were hacked by the desert dweller, as the turrets omn the walls began firing down at the hunters and rookies.

"X, Zero, Axl!" Signas shouted.

"Were a little busy getting the humans here to a safe location commander," X replied, though the communications were a bit hazy from the attack.

"Damn it, where's David?" Zero shouted as he took out a gun turret. Axl was at David's door, as he opened it after getting the lock unlocked.

"You guys, David isn't here!" Axl shouted into the Com, surprising everyone.

"I can't believe we were hacked! Do whatever you can to terminate them!" Signas commanded. Everyone rushed to their places, as everyone were working away, while Alia was trying to get into the systems. Inside the systems, all the viruses were hacking away at the internet grounds, as DesertMan and a few familiar faces entered the area that stored the combat training simulations.

"Close out the systems before anymore can enter," Signas said.

"It's no use, were locked out of the system," Alia said to Signas, who slammed his fist in frustrastion.

"Commander Signas, it seems someone has activated the combat simulations room," Layer said, then gasped, "It's the intruder. He's trying to revive the past Maverick data in the room." Signas got a lock, and a camera revealed three Mavericks, Spark Mandrill, Chill Penguin, and Storm Eagle. More entered, Squid Adler, Metal Shark Player, Magma Dragoon, and DesertMan himself.

"Time to cause some chaos!" the desert Navi shouted. The other Mavericks soon unleashed their default attacks, destroying all they could.

"X, Zero, head towards the Simulations Room right away. It seems a Darkloid has revived the past Mavericks!"

The two hunters nodded before X turned to Axl. "Hey Axl, take care of the humans ok," The red head nodded before the blue and red hunters ran as fast as they could to the Simulations Room.

"What?" David said to himself as he heard an explosion, "Damn, Vile led me away for the attack to be launched at HQ!" David then returned his Navi into the PET, before taking flight. I hope I'm not too late, it must be another Darkloid attack...

"What the..." X exclaimed, as the old mavericks chuckled at their prediciment.

"So, remember me X?" Chill Penguin said, as he unleashed a howling blaze of ice at the two hunters. X and Zero jumped away, only to be blasted by Storm Eagle's Storm Tornado attack.

"We'll take them head-on Zero, ok?" X said, as the blond swordsman nodded, before they split up. DesertMan stayed hidden and watched the action. Zero was waving his Saber around, trying to lay an attack, fighting against Squid Adler, Magma Dragoon, and Metal Shark Player. X took on Chill Penguin, Storm Eagle, and Spark Mandrill.

"Electric Spark!" The baboon maverick punched his fists together before punching the ground, sending out two balls of thunder. X jumped up and blasted Sparky in the face with a charged shot. Storm Eagle grinned as he dive-bombed X into the ground, before Chill Penguin froze his body. Zero was getting pelted by dozens of anchors, before Dragoon flame uppercut him. Squid Adler sneered before grabbing the red bomber with his squid tentacles, and shocking him with thousand volts of electricity.

"Looks like they lost..." DesertMan bellowed, laughing at the hunter's. Using the Darkchips to increase the Maverick's power before we attacked worked perfectly...

"Neutron Blast!"

"What!?" DesertMan shouted as beams of energy shot out, and deleted the past data of the Mavericks with ease. A saber slash freed X from his icy prison. Both he and Zero say a majestic dragon with three heads fly down, with David entering the room.

"Did I miss anything?" the teenager said with a smirk.

"You... you ruined everything. Oh well, atleast my viruses are destroying the system."

"Really?" DesertMan then relized that David had a Navi. Inside HQ's computers, ForteZero was slashing any virus he saw to useless data.

"Iron Reavern Soul Stealer!" The Navi tore up through several LavaDragon viruses, before spin-slashing through a giant Mettaur. David grabbed a random chip and inserted it into his PET. Luckily for ForteZero, it was the Tetsusaiga. "Great choice David, Wind Scar!" ForteZero slammed the blade against the ground and several waves of energy shot out towards the advancing viruses. None of them survived the attack, as they were instantly deleted.

"All systems restored to normal Alia," the White Shadow said, before he logged out of the computers.

"Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, attack DesertMan!" The Blue Eyes roared before launching another Neutron Blast, but the desert Navi smirked, as his head broke up into sand.

"Remember, I'm sand. You can't do anything about it. I'm invincible!" DesertMan bellowed, "Sand Lion!" The floor was quickly covered in soft sand, as two heads shaped like a lion came out and struck down X and Zero. A third caught David by surprise.

"Damn you... Gotta find out where he's hiding..." David drew a card, and placed it in a slot, while spitting out sand from his mouth. "I activate the magic card, Bolt!" A thunder bolt shot out and struck DesertMan, as part of his sandy head broke up into smaller sand particles.

"AHHH you meddling human..." He then shifted into the sand, and vanished out of sight.

"Shoot..." David was looking around, trying to find a shift in the sand. Out from the corner of his eye, some bits of sand particles ran down from a sand dune near X, "X get down!" He pushed the blue bomber to the sandy floor, as he stabbed the D Saber into the sand dune.

"You think I would fall for that. ProtoMan tried that on me before, I won't make the same mistake twice in my life," DesertMan bellowed out, laughing, "For now, I caused enough damage, so I'm gone!"

DESERTMAN LOGGING OUT

"He got away..." David said, as soon everything was quiet.

It was two hours later, and clean-up work still continued. Axl was taking care of any injured people, while others worked to clean up the wreckage of destroyed security systems.

"So where were you?" X questioned David.

"I recieved an email from Vile, and he lured me out. He was a decoy for the attack that happened... I beaten him but he escaped," David told them at the meeting room, "It is strange that Vile sounds like Spike from that anime Cowboy Bebop though..." Zero placed his hand against his forehead. Everyone else groaned a bit.

"Yeah, we all asked him that question once long ago... he gets mad when someone refers him as that Spike person from that cartoon..."

David smirked before he excused himself and headed out.

"Sorry master, I have failed," DesertMan said, bowing down to the lord in the throne chair.

"Not to worry, I knew you were gonna fail, but atleast we made a dent in their defenses. You may go now DesertMan."

"Yes sir." DesertMan then vanished into the ground.

"So Vile... went to challenge that human I see?" Sigma said, as the masked reploid entered the room.

"Yes I did... he's skilled. He could be a great asset if we could somehow manipulate him."

"I doubt it. Most of the humans have weak wills because of our ever struggling war, but thsi human is from a different universe as of these Darkloids that serve me... plus he processes a strong but strange energy. I can clearly see it in that kid..." Sigma grabbed a glass that was filled with something, and he gulped it down, before handing it back to BubbleMan, who walked out to get more drinks... he is still wearing the frilly black and white laced apron.

"Don't you think having Bubbleboy wear that apron is going a bit far, sir?" Vile questioned.

"I know it seems silly, but having a servant is great... maybe I'll get rid of the frilly apron look, it disgusts me."

Vile got up and began walking out, but muttered to himself, "Same to me sir." before exiting the throne room.

Sigma closed his eyes and sighed. When he opened them, his eyes were greeted with an upclose of Bubbleboy's lips. "Here ya go Master Sigma, a cold fresh tropical wine." BubbleMan's face was plastered with an edgy, happy tone.

"WHAT THE HELL!?" Sigma shouted, his voice echoing throughout his hidden palace, before he pushed the happy bubble Navi out of his face.




Chapter Ten

A/N: This is sort of like a filler chapter...

It was two days later, that HQ was rebuilt from DesertMan's attack. David was given a task of training the rookies, atleast he asked for it because he was very bored.

At the palace where Sigma hides, he was sitting down, comtemplating up more schemes... Strange, but enough of that...

Vile cursed as he got wasted in a Turf War. "Damn, those guys always carry Molotov Cocktails with them..." Vile shouted in anger as his character was alive, at a hospital. He was playing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas on the PS2. Vile quickly inserted the buttom commands for full health, armor, and money, then went and hijacked a car.

"Your getting jacked foo," CJ said as he punched a woman, and tossed her out of the car. This attracted the police, as one officer ran up, and opened the car door as soon as it closed.

"DAMN!!!" Vile got busted before he could drive off.

Down at the Dark Chip factory, VideoMan was at a Dance Dance Revolution machine he brought with him after robbing a Walmart, and knocking down a 7-11 for the Icee machines. StarMan and BrightMan were doing a duet team against VideoMan, and they were winning by five hundred points.

"You suck!" the DJ master said on the television screen. VideoMan hissed when StarMan and BrightMan did a final impressive move, and the game ending.

"Team Starbright wins. Nice job miss." That comment was directed towards VideoMan, who went back to work, huffing. The two Navis high fived eachother, before going again verses eachother.

"Darn it... the visions going grainy again!" VideoMan shouted, as the new MegaMan clones were appearing grainy and messed up, discolored, ect. Five minutes later, the tape Navi was sitting down on a chair, while BubbleMan was cleaning the headgear with a giant cotton swab.

"It'll be clean in no time at all VideoMan," BubbleMan said with a smile. He was ordered to burn the apron, which he grown attached to it... but he got rid of it anyway. VideoMan was grumbling something about switching to a DVD module.

SwordMan was training himself against one of the elite guards who were supposed to be masters, he was winning, but he didn't kill them. "When you bring your blade up to dodge an attack from your opponent, you must always look for an opening to land your next blow," SwordMan instructed, as the person he was teaching his moves understood, "The enemy will always look for a way to attack once you block to surprise you. Keep your mind focused and protect any of your blind spots."

"AHA! Take that you punks!" Vile shouted, before an explosion rang out, "DAMN!!! Damn it damn it damn it!!!" He screamed. One of the pedestrians were carrying a Rocket Launcher, and his character was blown to bits.

"He needs a break from that game..." One of the maverick guards said to another, as they passed by. Vile was too angry to notice.

ColdMan was in the freezer room, enjoying the winter atmosphere. He was using the icicles forming on the celing to make an ice sculpture of himself. Amazed with his work, he tried to leave, but the door handle was frozen shut from the inside. He started banging, screaming for help, before the whole freezer door fell over. "Umm..." ColdMan got out, grabbed a blow torch, and welded it shut, before scurrying away. He whistled before he heard a yell coming from the mess hall.

"What happened to the freezer door!?" was what ColdMan heard, before the walking fridge sprinted away.

The remaining Darkloids and mavericks were working with the Dark Chip supply, the weapons supply, or anything else that was important, while anyone else were messing around and stuff... just an average day if Sigma took a day off from causing meyham and chaos. The only difference... was NetNavis from an alternate universe.

"Take that you little craps!" Vile shouted in sheer madness. Police chatter echoed. Before long, he was wasted by the FBI, the CIA, the Mafia, and five Rhino Tanks. "NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!" Vile sobbed as he returned to the hospital, fresh out of money, and no weapons, "I WAS SOO CLOSE!!!" He shut off the PS2, and took out the disc. He looked around to see if he was alone. When he saw he was, he went over to the wall, and pulled out another PS2 game. He inserted it, and music began playing.

"MegaMan X8." Vile uploaded a saved file, and began playing.

"Hope no one knows that I own these games..."

"Is there anything I can do for you Master Sigma?" BubbleMan cheered. Sigma was clearly annoyed, but he held his urge of blasting Bubbleboy's head off.

"Get me more Earl Gray tea..." The bubbly Navi skipped off to the kitchen, while Sigma took his frustrastion at a random object seen outside the window, in this case, one of the patrolling boats surrounding his palace.

Chapter Eleven

"My garden is looking great..." PlantMan said, tending to his roses and flowers. Sigma entered the Green House.

"PlantMan... what is all this?" he said, as he took a look at his surroundings.

"Just tending to my little babies Master Sigma."

"Why keep these.... happy flowers here?" He moved his hand over to one flower, but it opened up and tried to snap his hand off, which he pulled away quickly.

"Becareful master, some of my children can eat you if your not careful, am I right?" PlantMan said, cuddling the flower that tried to bite Sigma. Sigma sweatdropped.

"Hmm.... I think I have a plan for your flowers... can you create more Man-eater plants?"

"Why yes of course... I can use that same plan I used long ago." Sigma looked at the plant Navi with a sketical look. "You see master, I once used my flowers to terrorize the net in my universe, absorbing the humans useless data, until my plan was foiled. With some help from your mavericks, I can create some plants that we can send to Maverick Hunter HQ, as a 'present'..." PlantMan explained, using quotation fingers on the word present. Sigma smiled, as he chuckled.

"Alright then, I'll send for some of my guards to help you."

"Yes, thank you Master Sigma."

It was another boring day at HQ, as David sighed, walking out of the training room. His armor had taking a small beating, but it's nothing he can fix anyway. "How are the rookies David?" Zero asked, entering the viewing room.

"They're progressing through the training... I dismissed them so I can take a break."

"Alright then... you need a break anyway. Me and X can handle your next shift."

"Sure thing Z," David said, as he walked out, and headed back to his room. He was greeted by some of the rookies he trained, before he got to his door. Putting in a code, it opened, and he stepped in and closed the door.

Outside HQ, BrightMan pulled up from a truck.

"Halt, state your business," one of the guards at the gate said.

"Hey, I'm delivering these plants to Maverick Hunter HQ. I was told I can drop these off. They're from the city that you guys saved during that attack from a FlashMan person."

"Alright then, take them to the greenhouse building over there," the guard said, pointing to a nearby building.

"Check it out, thanks," BrightMan said, driving up to the greenhouse building, where he got out, and started unloading the cargo, with help from the gardeners. When the last plant was off the truck, he got back in, and drove away. "Once they're settled in, PlantMan's scheme will begin." Once he got a far enough distance, he ditched the truck, before teleporting back to the palace with a teleporting device.

At the greenhouse, the careteaker reploids were tending to the unloaded plants, as two guards kept watch in the area. When the green haired reploid was watering one of the desert rose plants, the Man-eater plants began sinking their vines into the ground. They didn't know what hit them until the air-born vines struck them down with force.

"Flowers? When did they get here? asked Signas.

"A reploid wearing a suit that glows, delivered us flowers from the city that was rescued from the attack."

"Hmm... alright then, can you tell me-" A call suddenly bepped, as a transmission came through.

"Commander Signas!"

The commander opened up a call on his computer, "What is it?" He then saw the guard being pulled on from a plant.

"The plants, they're-" the connection shut down, as there was a small explosion. All around Maverick Hunter HQ, everyone were wondering what was happening, as the Maverick Hunters raced over to see Signas. Inside the computer systems...

"While my plants take care of things in the real world, I can absorb their useless information for my flower babies. Go ahead my children, eat up," PlantMan said with a smirk, as he lashed out with his plants, and they wrapped themselves around programs and other stuff. They suddenly began draining the information, as the plant Navi laughed, "Nothing will stand in my way... Master Sigma will destroy the hunters for good."

"X, Zero, Axl, head to our green house, there seems to be plants that are devouring anything in sight." The three hunters nodded before heading out. Signas got another call, this time from Alia.

"Commander Signas, someone is draing the information from our computers again."

"What? Find out who it is!" Alia's face faded out, then it was replaced with PlantMan.

"Hello commander, I am PlantMan, and your computer information shall be a lovely little snack for my children."

"Darn it, another Darkloid attack," Signas cursed, as PlantMan chuckled before he cut off connection.

"Now nothing will stop Sigma this time."

"Oh yeah?" ForteZero said as he dashed in, and slashed at the flowers draining the information. They quickly burned away, deleted.

"Grrr, it's you... ForteZero."

Alia looked up to see David standing behind her. "Don't worry, we'll handle this."

"So, a human and NetNavi from our universe is helping the Maverick Hunters?" PlantMan asked with a devilish smirk.

"Shut up you overgrown vegetable. I'm only here until we can find a way back home! ForteZero, here ya go, Heatshot Battlechip in, triple download!"

ForteZero raised his hands into the air as they merged together into a red blaster. "HeatSpread!" He launched a blast of flames at PlantMan, who was blown away. The plant Navi growled before launching his Plant Weed attack. The White Shadow doged the attack, before David downloaded FireTower.

"Fire Tower!" ForteZero jumped into the air before slamming his right foot onto the ground. The area quaked before a tower made of flames erupted out and was heading towards PlantMan. He sneered.

"Plant Buster!" PlantMan morphed his hand into his buster, and launched an Aqua Shot. The two connected, and cancled eachother out, "You have to do better than that."

"Alright then, HeatDNA Battlechip in, download!" ForteZero glowed brightly, before he transformed into HeatMan.

"Grand Burner!" He launched one of HeatMan's attack, but PlantMan cancled that attack with Geyser Battlechip.

"Later twerp!"

PLANTMAN LOGGING OUT

"Damn, he got away... Log out..."

FORTEZERO LOGGING OUT

David returned his Navi into his PET, before they got a call from X.

"X, what's wrong?" Alia gasped when X was grabbed by a vine and thrown away. PlantMan appeared on the monitor.

"Sorry miss, but X and friends are in a little bind now, can you call back later?" He laughed before termination the connection.

David growled before heading out the command room, heading to the source of the problem. Before the connection was terminated, he saw lots of plants, so he made a guess PlantMan was at the green house. When he turned the corner, a vine wrapped around his ankle, as a plant appeared and was dragging it to its watery mouth. David yelled in pain, because he wasn't in his Command Armor yet.

A sword slash came and one of the rookies he was training helped him. "Get going, we'll handle this," one of them yelled to David, who nodded and thanked them before running off.

"So X... how does it feel to be trapped?" He ran a finger along X's face, snickering.

"You won't get away!" He shouted. The vines tightened their grip on X.

"Idle threats from a weakling," PlantMan said plainly.

"David will get here and destroy you! AHHH!!!" Zero cried out, as the vines tightened. Axl was hung upside down, unconsious.

"No he won't, I sent one of my children after him. He'll be plant food in a matter of seconds." PlantMan then yelled out in pain from a sudden attack. The Navi turned around, glaring at David, who held a smoking pistol in his left hand, flank in his Command Armor.

"Plant food huh? Yeah right..." David scoffed.

"So you need a lesson too huh, fine then Plant Weed!" PlantMan's flowers grew until they lashed out with their vines. David pulled out his saber from his pack and slashed at them, heading over to Zero. He put away his pistol before grabbing Zero's Z Saber.

"Mind if I borrow this for a minute?" David said before dashing towards PlantMan. The Navi chuckled before producing a Dark Chip.

"Dark Chip activate!" The chip dispurst before he absorbed its energy. David came crashing down with both sabers in his hand from a crushing blow, but PlantMan raised one of the vines and blocked them both. David gasped before being fired at from thorns coming from the vines. "A human is just a human, once your impaled, your dead." The vines then sharpened themselves, before launching straight forward. The teenager jumped up and away, blocking the attacks. PlantMan got the upper hand as vines carved upward from the ground, trapping him in a greenhouse prison.

"I think I have enough fun for now," PlantMan said with a chuckle.

"Oh yeah, what are you gonna do?

"What am I gonna do, well I'll delete you and your Navi, then destroy this place for my master."

David growled before activating his PET, and his Navi came out in his reploid body. He downloaded a FireBlade Battlechip, and ForteZero tried to slash his way out... but nothing worked.

"Sorry, but the Dark Aura makes my vines invincible. Man, this is Deja 'vu... you and ForteZero, FireMan and MegaMan... Ha, who woulda guessed, eh?"

"You sunna of..." David growled. PlantMan laughed again, before some of the vines inside the prison sharpened up. With a snap of his fingers, they all converged onto David and his Navi. X and Zero looked away as they were skewered by countless sharp vines. PlantMan laughed yet again.

"And so ends the life of a foolish Net-op and his Navi... huh?" PlantMan saw a glow coming from the trap, then it burst into flames. Standing there in a burning passion was MegaMan Fire Soul, and FireMan himself. PlantMan shook his head and rubbed his eyes. He looked again, but this time, it was David with a flaming Z Saber, and ForteZero in FireDNA form. The first look was an illusion.

"I think it's time to weed this plant from the garden," Fire-ForteZero said, as he morphed his hands into his busters. David smiled, as he put away his Saber, and used Zero's instead. "Fire Arm!" Fire-ForteZero launched a blast of flames at PlantMan, who smirked and blocked it with his Dark Aura/Leaf Shield combo.

David dashed ahead, wary of the flames coming from his Navi. He got behind PlantMan, and smirked. "Ryuenjin!" He slashed upward with a flaming saber, cutting through the Dark Aura. PlantMan gasped before the flames peirced through his vines and Leaf Shield. PlantMan was engulfed in the attack, as he screamed for mercy.

"You'll regret the day you mess with the Darkloids!" PlantMan said before he broke up into data.

PLANTMAN DELETED

Zero and X were impressed. PlantMan's vines still remained, but David quickly found the source. With one slash from the saber, the large tree was deleted, and all the plants causing chaos through Maverick Hunter HQ, were deleted, and those who were trapped, were freed. David tossed the saber back to Zero, who caught it and put it away. Axl woke up from a bonk to the head... he was upside down before PlantMan was deleted.

"Man.... that was cool." David said.

"Nah, it was burning hot," ForteZero said as he returned to normal, before re-entering the PET.

Cleanup for the wilted plants were finished early, as the injured were treated. The rookie that saved David's life was rewarded for bravery. At the Sigma Palace...

"PlantMan failed I see... hmmm...." Sigma began thinking.

"Master Sigma?" BubbleMan said, getting Sigma's attention, "Can I go and devise a plan to pull the human world into chaos blub?"

Sigma thought about it. "Fine go..." The bubbly Navi smiled before heading out.

"Do you really think he'll survive?" Vile asked.

"Maybe... let's see what he can do about causing chaos," Sigma said as he opened a port communication.



Chapter Twelve

"Bubbly bubbly goodness. All the bubbles for chaos," BubbleMan cheered to himself, as he entered the cyber world's version of this universe. He transfered himself using the wires and cyber links, until he logged out into a building at a hydroelectric dam, located at Hydro City, twenty miles south of Maverick Hunter HQ.

"This city will be dispurst in cool fountains of water, and I will be the bubbly god of all marine life!" He cheered, as he started to work on releasing the water pressures, "And Master Sigma will be the ruler of this world, all with an iron clad fist." When he turned the wheel completly around, the pipes exploded, and began flooding one section of the city.

Sigma and Vile were watching this on a port comunicator. "He's got somewhat of a good point," Vile said.

"Maybe, but his rhyming sucks..."

"What again?" David shouted.

"Yes... it seems another Darkloid has staged an attack. It's at a place called Hydro City," Signas said.

"I'll handle this... X, Zero, and Axl need time to rest." David then got the co-ordinents, and teleported away.

"Stop right there," shouted a reploid guard. BubbleMan turned around, and frowned.

"You ruined my rhyming. I forgot where I was at."

"Hands in the air," he shouted. BubbleMan raised his hands into the air. When the guard was ready to arrest him, a hole opened up above his head, and bubbles began pouring out. The guard screamed as he was blown to bits from the bombs hidden within the bubbles.

"Now to continue on my little water song," he cheered as he continued working on the water valves.

"Not so fast!" David shouted, as he teleported into the area. BubbleMan growled a bit, and faced the teenager. He gasped when he saw ForteZero.

"It's you, the one who slashed me with the claws blub. I'll show you for ruining my victory! Bubble Parade!" BubbleMan opened up the cannon on his helmet, and bubbles shot out at a fast speed. David and ForteZero jumped away, before launching their own buster shots. Bad move, they quickly forgotten that BubbleMan's bubbles held fish rockets, which shot out and blasted them back, their bodies making dents in a nearby water tank.

"Sorry blub, but your in my way," he said as she skipped down the path to a larger wheel. David growled before he launched a blast of plasma. It struck Bubbleboy in the back, and blew him away into a water tank. The two hunters got out from their dent in the tanks and readied their weapons.

BubbleMan got out and launched some slow bubbles. David and ForteZero moved away, and the bubbles floated past where they once stood.

"Yeah, nice try bubbles..." The bubbles bounced and popped before launching fish rockets, striking David in the back.

"What was that scumbag?" BubbleMan said, laughing. He was quickly shut up with a fist to the face by ForteZero. Sigma and Vile winced, as Bubbleboy slumped down, stars rotating around. "Bubbly stars blub..." he said in a daze.

David got up, fine, but a little bruised in the ego, "Well that sucked..."

"We still have to do something about the water damage here..." ForteZero said.

"Hey I know, Repair Battlechip in, download!" A pink bubble with the image of a toolbox appeared in his Navi's right hand, as he pressed it against the ground. Almost instantly, everything around them was repaired, all the water vanished, all the damage was repaired.

"What should we do with bubbles here?" ForteZero said. David got a evil smile.

Two hours later, BubbleMan awoke to find himself stranded somewhere in Africa. "Where am I blub..." He then heard a loud roar. BubbleMan turned around, and stared right into the eyes of a huge lion. BubbleMan sweatdropped.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" he screamed for help as he was running like heck, away from a veriocious pack of lions. David and ForteZero were standing on a cliff, watching Bubbles vanishing into the horizon, laughing very hard.

"We should go now bro," ForteZero said as he entered the PET. David put it away before taking flight, heading back to Maverick Hunter HQ.

BubbleMan was in the med room, on a hospital bed.

"How did you get this injury?" asked one of the maverick med nurses. BubbleMan is laying down on his stomach, while a team of doctors and nurses were trying to pry off a lion that bitten his rear... if BubbleMan didn't stop squirming about.

"We better the needle..." one of the doctors said as the left, only to return with a super large needle. Bubbles screamed very loudly when the needle poked him.

"That can't be very good..." BrightMan said, both he and StarMan hearing the horrified screams coming from BubbleMan. They were sipping on straws, drinking Icee slushies.

"They found BubbleMan at Africa with a lion chomping on his rear..." StarMan said, taking a sip from his drink.

"Heh, what's the worst that could of happened?"

"Well... we'd have to perform sugery to get Bubbles out from the lion's stomach if he was eaten..." StarMan replied with the worst-case senario.

"Ohh...." the two Darkloids continued sipping on their drinks as they continued walking.
