What exactly are these chips? I use some cheat codes in Megaman battle Network 5 Team of Protoman to get All chips. Well, in the Back, I saw some chips like Cannon Mode, Sword Mode, Cannon ball, Final Gun. What exactly are these chips and what do they do. How do you use them?
Note: I heard these chips were also from 4.5

| You could get them in EXE5??? I know you can't get them normaly but what kinda speical event was there in witch you won them |

But if you use the final gun chip nothing will happen  in 5.What does the final gun chip do in 4.5.

Nah, in fact these chips are chips data for the Progress Chip Gate
(An plug-in for EXE5, something like the wireless adapter)
Using the Progress Chip Gate, you can slot in chips just like netto. :eyes:
Somehow those Sword Mode and Cannon Mode are chips only available in the form of Progress Chip (Toys, I mean). -.-
So unless you use [spoil:e4bd2c3682]GoldFinger[/spoil:e4bd2c3682], you will not be able to get them. |

I know what the Progress chip gate is. But I didn't know the mode chips were out in progress form. |

Well, I have seen them in corocoro, in any case.
Presumably(as I do not have a progress chip gate or chips of any kind)the "mode" chips are only available in cerain limited packages or can only be obtain in special events, as the progress chip "Z saber" (May I remind you that I am talking about TOYS) is available in an event held in Japan only. |

those chip were in mmbn1 and they werent very good are they any better in 5 or are they the same?
