They should be at your local/nearest Best Buy, FYE, or Video store. I have some at my FYE but I think they ran out of stock. Not sure if they sell at Best Buy though.

Indeed. The best place to look is in some of the aforementioned stores...but they are likely to be in some package of set episodes...and it may not be what you are looking for. Alternately, you could find someone who has recorded the episodes...but taht is rather unlikely.
As for the manga, any good Barnes and Noble or other good bookseller will sell you the next volume.

I got my copy on Fri it was in my bag on Wed it was very good and boy what a cliff hanger at the end of that book... not saying what it is either...

Uhm... Axess (specifically the English dub) hasn't been released on DVD/VHS yet. They're still releasing the original series... in fact, they're only half-way done with those ones. Wait about 6 more DVDs, and then you can start buying Axess.
