Yes I do know the rule... i can't update here...
but where can I host it?
and what's the best program to use...
I tried using photoshop, but I horribly failed...
And are there any sites that will let you use their CoM sprites?
EDIT: I would have used the sprite FAQs but... they're gone... |

One of the programs most used for making sprite comics is MS Paint, it is used for its simplicity and for it being readily available on most all computers. It is better to save the comic as a BMP when using MS Paint, you can then open it in another program, such as PhotoShop and add text, effects and other things that you would like to to the comic.
As for hosting your comic, there are a number of sites out there that offer free hosting sites. One that deals with comics is Keenspot and Keenspace, which you can easily get a site set up from them to place your comic but will have to get an FTP uploader program most likely in order to put your comics onto their server for others to view.
The FAQ section of Spriters Lab shall return in a bit as I am working on fleshing out a newer version. _________________
