devil chip vs. dark chip

Can anybody explain me about these chips. They look evil but sometime the dark chip don't affect certain navis. Thanks

For some reason Roll has some part of electricman when devil chip was put in.

Well i think the devil chip is different from a dark chip but thats just me.

The "Devil" Chip (aka Super Great White Angel Chip) only appears in episodes 18 and 19 of Rockman.EXE. It somehow alters Roll's personality, and appears to give Elec Hakushaku some measure of control over her. Her normal good natured personality is overwritten and she attacks Rockman. That is, until they figure out you can get rid of the "Devil" Chip by slotting in any other chip.

It's not a Dark Chip at all, although it can be said that they had similar effects.

A dark chip allows the navi to use dark powers yet they have an option, to use it or not use it. It takes effort not to use it. A Devel chip controls you to become evil and such.

Not to mention the devil chip only allows someone else to control the navi and the dark chip corrupts the navi's soul. Also the dark chip causes the navi to have an addiction to it.

Well, I must say that this sort of proves a point to the differences between the Devil Chip and the Dark Chip. Only difference is, that the Dark Chip sort of makes Navis act a certain way like human teens are tempted to use drugs for when they're pressure. Like one of the person of this post said about it's options: To use it or don't. And just like drugs, the Dark Chips could cause a Navi's data to rot and decay and humans who use too much of the drugs would sort of react in the same way. And like the drugs that human teens use, the Dark Chips could cause that Navi to become addicted like they couldn't get enough. If you all have saw episode 20 of the Axess series, you'll see what I mean. That's all that I got to say. Thank you.
