Two things:
1) There is an EXE4 help topic already...HERE. Just because it isn't stickied doesn't mean it shouldn't be used.
2) To answer your question, take into account what you know about the navi who tells you where Mettaur Village is and what he said.

You're also given that this navi has a crazy old habit of lying to any new navis that he encounters. Thus, you have to invert all of his statements, so the information you seek is really--

The only place that fits both those characteristics is the giant screen above Jomon Electrics in ElecTown.

Hehe. You know how to jack in into the Electwr Comp? If you know, the Mettaur Village is at the LCD at the wall before Electown Square. Jack in there and you will see a Heal Navi and many Mettaur.
If you still not recognize the place, I will tell you the place. You know where to find Ear Phone, so that is the place... :] |
