Out of all the games you have played what is the hardest or most complicated boss you have faught?

Mine are:

from FF dawn of souls

death gaze- Come on I have 99999 ststus and this guy is still a pain >_<

shinryu- dang 35,000 hp and frickin high attack, you need a couple of megalixers on you, at least for me till I find a better way

Omega- also 35,000 hp and his wave cannon is a pain in the but at times. Attacking it is very hard even with 999 status

From zero 3

foxtar-geez that boss is crazy

From pokemon- well ive only played the old ones and when you run into those 145 lvl mewtwos and snorlaxes its a pain when you don't have masterballs.

Okay, for my addition:

ForteXX, that bastard is hard even with FCR...

Zelda, Peach, and Samus in Femme Fetales event on Smash Brothers Melee.

Giga Bowser. Well, unless you're Jigglypuff...

Kagura in Inuyasha,Secret of Cursed Mask. She's so cheap.

Dark Falz on Ultimate mode in PSO. Soul stealing dirty...

Eely Mouth from Mario Sunshine. I kept running out of air.

Emerald and Ruby Weapons from Final Fantasy VII. They took me FOREVER to beat.

Kuja Trance and Necron from Final Fantasy IX. Hard stuff.

Zeromus from Final Fantasy IV. I haven;t beat him to date.

Dullahan from Golden Sun 2: The Lost Age is my pick. He can wipe out a party member in one hit, place all of my djinni (the things you use to summon creatures) in recovery (meaning you can't use them), and can use the most powerful summon in the game! It's so hard, it's unfair!

Sephiroth from Kingdom Hearts. After meticulously fighting him for 5 grueling minutes, making sure I get all my counters and evasions and attacks right, getting his health down to the tiniest sliver, he suddenly busts out this super-fast instant kill attack that beats me, at level 100 with all the best items and Ultima. Is he hard? Sure he's hard. Is it worth going to all the trouble to fight the bishie ass? No. ENTHUSIATINGLY no.

Oh yeah, and Jinpachi from Tekken 5. Any boss who can keep you perpetually stunned and can kill you in two moves (or one, depending on how he uses it) does not qualify as hard. He qualifies are ridiculously stupid, period.

Battle Network Series:
The Forte in Black Earth. I have no PitHockey. Sad

FFVII:
Emerald Weapon. The only reason I find him easier is because I can stop Ruby for a moment with guys like Hades.

Devil May Cry:
Nightmare, 3rd encounter, in "Dante Must Die" mode is hell.

Metal Gear Solid 2:
Metal Gear Ray battle on European Extreme. How would you feel if you had to fight 20 of them?

Soul Caliber 2: When fighting Suang mina with her ultimate weapon.
Sonic the fighters: Robotnick, plain and simple.
Golden Sun 2: Thjat wizard guy with the multicolored super gels that are really annoying. Those are all I can name off the top of my head.

The toughest bosses that I have ever faced are some of the following.

Golden Sun: The Lost Age: Star Magician - He's not too difficult to beat, but its the Guardian Ball, Anger Ball, and Refresh Ball that gave me trouble. In my recent playthrough, I had to restart the battle several times over because of them.

Golden Sun: The Lost Age: Dullahan - I had to redo this battle a number of times due to his overpowered moves ruining my strategy. I'm going to have some more hard times when I face him again in my current playthrough.

Mega Man VII: Dr. Wily's 2nd Form - I've had to use all of my Energy Tanks and even the S Tank just to defeat this form, as the attack styles I find to be a little too powerful. The ability of Wily teleporting around the room adds to the difficulty.

Super Smash Brothers Melee: Event Match 51 - I tried to play this as Ganondorf, and it took me a few days just to beat it for the first time. I didn't realize that the battle would be so difficult. It also has to do with me hitting the wrong target, and not focusing on the other two.

Sonic the Fighters: Metal Sonic - Even on the easy mode, this guy has given me some hard times. Two of his moves I find are really annoying as they deal too much damage to you. Even now, I'm still trying to figure out the best way to beat him, even if I have beaten him after several attempts.

These are the only ones that I can think of right now, but I am sure that are others that will come along in the future and wind up being added onto my list.

I actually found Sephiroth quite easy. Just keep dodgin and countering his attacks. And it feels so good once you beat him.

Event 51 is a HUGE pain in the ass in Smash Bros Melee. I remember spending 3 days trying to beat it, and then I beat it in less than 5 minutes using Jigglypuff >_<

Hm, let's see...

Phantasy Star Online. Dark Falz 3rd form against my level 50 or so RAcaseal, Offline Mode. I kept on dying to Grants despite my best efforts to get some LHT resistant units. I think I used nearly fifteen Scape Dolls before I finally won.

Megaman Zero--Omega X. Good god what a pain in the ass.

Kingdom Hearts--On my first playthrough, it took me five tries to beat Dragon Maleficent and another five to beat Riku II. Hallow Bastion was the hardest part in the game IMO.

Fire Emblem 7: The Burning Sword--my units kept on dying to Nergal in the final chapter, Light. Finally I said, "Aw, screw it" and lost all my magic users and a couple other units (Canas, Priscilla, Lucius, Rebecca, Raven, and there's probably some more...). It's a very good thing Hector soloed the Dragon with Armads and an Elixer. The file got deleted afterwards though. I'm such a crappy tactician -_-;

In comparison, I almost felt like I was cheating in Sacred Stones when I baited with Knoll's summons...

Star Ocean 3: Till the End of Time--Sooty family of enemies. How in the HELL can such a teeny, tiny little black thing beat the living crap out of my characters? Even at level 210 they continue to crush me. And that's why I avoid them like the plague.

Final Fantasy VII--the two headed ice/fire dragon before you get into Northern Crater (haven't fought Emerald or Ruby WEAPON yet). It took me a few tries until I realized why Vincent was healing one side of the dragon.

Golden Sun--Star Magician. UGH. Very long, but the boss music more than makes up for it.

Sonic Adventure--Egg Viper, Sonic's last boss on his mode. Took me several tries before I perfected the timing on jumping on those spiked disks.

Sonic Adventure 2--Final Lizard pwns me. Seriously.

Three from NES games.

Zip Zang from Ikari Warriors II. He easily traps you, and it took me forever to realize you have to use mines or grenades to kill him. Your sword will not hurt him at all.

The final boss of Bad Street Brawler is pretty tough as well. His bazooka really puts the hurt on Duke.

The Doomsday Bomb in Clash at Demonhead. Okay, so it really isn't a boss, but it's completely random, and you never know how to defuse it.

rayne. It took me about two months to beat him 0____o But Beliar(he is also from Bloodrayne) was also really hard for me to beat.

Hardest bosses for me:

MegaMan Battle Network - MagicMan. Seriously, the LifeVirus was, no, IS easier than him!! >_<

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories - Ursula, stuck for about a week. Then Captain Hook, stuck for about 2 weeks. THEN Dragon Malificent, stuck for about 2 MONTHS. THEN there was Riku after Destiny Island, still stuck on him to this day. ( GRR! :grr: )

Banjo Tooie - Angler. I think it took me 3 days to relize than you had to hit the warts on his body. -_-;

Banjo Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge - Grunty. Gaaaah, I could never beat her. No wonder I ended up selling the game. >_< And I was so close to beating it too. T_T

Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil - Cursed Leorina. Same thing as MagicMan. She was harder than the last boss. :puku:

Klonoa: Door to Phantomile - Ghadius. Not exactly hard. It just took me a long time to figure out his weak spot. -_-;

Umm... Let's see... Oh! And:
MegaMan Legends - MegaMan Juno. On the N64 version, his second form was hard. Now that I'm replaying it on the PS1, his first form is hard!! :grr:

SSBM: Master/Crazy Hand Team. OMG.

Fire Emblem, Rekka no Ken: Lloyd, in Shrine of Seals. There's no avoiding it, this guy is a bonafied pain in the ass. At least once you beat him you get his Light Brand. ^^

MMZ4: [spoil:592ac55b87]Ragnarok Weil. Mainly because of that horn, it's just so annoying. It damages you, blocks your attacks, and wastes the precious time you have.[/spoil:592ac55b87]

MMBN4: Duo. I died like 20 times trying just to read his moves. Then died another 5 trying to beat him.

Street Fighter Alpha 3: M.Bison. His Psycho Crusher was so freakin' cheap, taking out like 75% of your health in one blow. Until I learned how to block it.
