First, what the heck is this thing? Could someone please explain what this is. Second, the creature that checked into it sounded like [spoil:e45cd1b301]Regal [/spoil:e45cd1b301]and I swear I heard him say [spoil:e45cd1b301]Barrel-san[/spoil:e45cd1b301]. Sorry if this post is against the rules.
So if someone could tell me what it is, and whose voice it is, that would be fantastic.

That machine is a "Copyroid". It was designed to allow a navi to materialize in the real world.

I don't know who's fugging voice that is XD

I can only clearly make out the first line, but in the rest I hear no mention of "Barrel-san".

Sounds like he's just declaring his fight against Falzer, seeing as how his opponent failed to destroy all of the copyroids. This little talking copyroid is obviously on Greiga's side, as he states he is "Greiga no Copyroid" (Copyroid of Greiga).

It's not Colonel. I am almost positive that voice belongs to Takehito Koyasu, the seiyuu who is know for such roles as-
Mwu La Flaga (Gundam SEED)
Il Pallazzo (Excel Saga)

If you ask me, I think that voice could be almost anyone. When I heard it, it sounded like it said Falzer. The only thing is not really understandeble is the second word. To a friend of mine he saids Barrel-san, but if he said that, it must be a navi that had a confrontation with Barrel and Colonel, or a Zoan ego of Colonel. But, something no one have think it is a posibility that it Greiga it self, but why would Greiga do that is the only thing that doesn't let me prove my theory. The other ting is that the factory was of Falzer, which means that [spoil:0c5fde326e]Zoan-Flameman wasn't the only agent that was going to make the attack[/spoil:0c5fde326e]. It could be [spoil:0c5fde326e]Z-Pharaohman[/spoil:0c5fde326e] but I am not sure of what side is him. Even so, it could not even be close to those and be another navi that would appear later in the series, could even be [spoil:0c5fde326e]Z-Shademan[/spoil:0c5fde326e]
