Rules and guidelines

There maybe a reason why you don't do this, but I for one would find it much easier to avoid breaking the rules and not get yelled at if you were to put all of the stickies with the rules into one area. Perhaps distributing them is thought to make more people read them, but I find that it leaves me thinking that I know all of the rules, when I really have only 1/8 or so.

Couldn't you just, in theory, read each set of rules in it's individual sections? .-. Seems kind of silly to put all the rule stickies in one section....
