Barrel's story *major spoilers*

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to give a quick timeline/summary of Barrel's life(time travel and all.)

I have to admit that I would love for someone to explain this for me as well, but from what I can understand, He went in time to learn to go in time, before going in time. Sorry, that explanation sucked, but I am just as confused as you are.

I am not sure how correct I am because I've only seen Stream, I haven't seen the movie because it is to big to download on my sisters computer it would take several hours and I don't think she'd like that.

Barrels Time travel story, okay, In the past he saw Duo's comet and recieved his crest, They had already started the Spectral program of the time tower then, or had completed it already something like that. He sends Colonel through time via the spectral program.

When present day Barrel died well that was the end of it for him. Later in the series Netto gets a message from Barrel when Rock goes to the past via the Spectral program. Then towards the end Barrel has Wily (past) and Yuuichirou (present) use his PETs as Beacons and he converts his body to data, in a painful process, and travel to the present via the spectral program.

When in the present they talk with Duo and Duo, Colonel, and Barrel Cross fuse. Then time rewinds a bit to the point of earlier that day because Duo had already destroyed the earth and Duo undid what he had done or decided not to destroy it.

IN the long run Barrel was returned to the earth as OLD Barrel and we don't know what happened to Colonel because shortly after returning he sent a mesage a few months or so into the future to Netto. Then Episode 8 Barell died again I think. And when episode 8 Barrel died is PET was empty.

I have seen the movie and stream, and that does seem to work out. I was mostly confused because it had been a while. thanks.

I've seen them too, for the most part; but I never actually saw the episode which explains Barrel's crest. By the way, Barrel is a really cool name.

In addition, in the movie, Barrel travels into the future (and goes back into the past at the end, of course). When he's there, near the end of the movie, to keep a door from closing and trapping Netto and his father in a collapsing military base, he throws his PET in the pathway of the dooe, stopping the door, but creating the gash in the front of his PET.

I remember seeing that part and being worried that Colonel was gonna die, but it seems that he only used that because it was the only thing on hand and that Colonel was ok.

So the movie explains how Barrel's PET got the gash in it that is good, one thing I was wondering about, now the only question left is where the heck did Barrel get his PET3, if he is from the past? Did they explain that in the movie because that is the only other thing that ever puzzled me about Barrel.

I think it was from the future. I think it was in the scene where Barrel said that 'Next Time, I'm coming with you [Colonel]."

This indicates that that self had travelled to the future [to get the PET3, amongst various other tidbits] and somehow came back to the past with Colonel.

Probably has millions of loopholes, but whatever. <_<
