That picture is too undetailed, It barely looks like Faltzer Beast out Rock. Plus your topic title was a bit misleading, that is a drawing of Faltzer Beast Out, not Faltzer. I could barely tell that it was supposed to be a beast out, especially of Rockman because the helmet looks odd. 5/10.

No obvious detail in the picture; where are the "feathers" that are located around the insigna?
Try to use the actual [spoil:61a16280b3]Beast Out Faltzer[/spoil:61a16280b3] (whether official or from the anime) as a reference. Incorporating it as you sketch will help you memorize the design in a matter of a few days or so.

This is mainly a trace from the official art; you copied the exact pose. The hue on Colonel's cape and blade are wrong, not to mention there are numerous miscolorings. Plus you forgot to color his shoulder pads. And most conspicuously, you forgot his facial features.

| shoulder pads? what shouder pads? and i know about teh cape, but the blade? isn't it supposed to be yello? or is it supposed to be green, red or what ever color? Or just wrong shade? |

He did NOT trace it... I saw for myself. Also, the pose is the same because sometimes, to get yourself started in the field of drawing, you might use official art as a base(as in copying by eye). I believe tracing means DIRECTLY putting the paper over another paper with an image on it.
I like it, that is a good method of drawing and coloring. I'm guessing drawing eyes aren't exactly your forte, now are they? The colors are slightly wacky, as mentioned before..

The outline does appear to be a tad wobbly, but it's still a pretty good outlining job. The coloring also looks to be pretty decent as well, and it looks like Colonel's original color scheme, or at least the way I remember it.

Just because a lot of people do something doesn't make it right. And besides, the other people who post Wallpapers here actually put some effort into them. All he's doing is taking a random image, and placing on top of a background that he didn't even make. Oh, and we mustn't forget him puttting his name huge and smack in the center because we all know how much of an honor it is to have a wallpaper where the only original part is the name of the ripper.
As for Colonel, deny all you want, it's VERY obvious that you traced and whether your friend defends you are not is besides the point. If someone would do the honors of showing the official and his side by side you'll see for sure. I mean, the lines are wobbly because you had the official art on one layer, and traced over the lines with the pencil tool on another Layer. WE all know you can do that in Photoshop as well as other similar programs. Also, the fact that you didn't even know Colonel had sholderpads not only shows that you didn't do it on your own, but that you didn't even really pay much attention to what you were tracing.
Either way, I'm surprised a mod hasn't said something as these wallpapers are just as "not original" as a recoloured sprite and we all know how strict the mods are on that...
