X Collection Hints & tips *Possible Game Spoilers*

Since the gaming forum seems to be only exe games and there is a discusion thread for the x collection here, i thought it was the place to start the X collection Hints & Tips thread.

So anybody who has a hint or tip that is not, I repeat NOT on gamefaqs.com please feel free to add a post about your hint & tip & for which x game its for, please submit LEGITAMATE tips & Hints. Some tips & hints may be obvious to many & some may not have noticed it so no matter how obvious it seems, submit it, because others might not know, like the other day i noticed the trick for my x2 submition. Your name will be added with the hint under each game. Here are a few ive found so far.

Charging your subtanks fast & get easy lives:

In the beginning of Armored Armadillos stage, right where the first travel car is, jump on it & jump back off it, charge up the Rolling shield & kill all the bats until your tanks are full. If you need lives, after the first ostrich like enemy at the bottom of the same slope, there is a lone bat that isnt bones, its one from the original series, keep killing it & you keep getting lives, sometimes it wont give them, but most of the time he gives lives when hes killed.

Cut Off Launch Octopus's Arms/Tentacles

Use Boomer Kuwangers weapon against him & it will cut his arms off & all he will do is his whirlpool attack

Charging your subtanks fast

In Bubble Crabs stage, when you get to the first trap door that you have to wait for the submarine to get to to open, after the door opens, slide down theleft wall & you'll go into a vacant room, if you look closely at the detail, the wall has 2 symbols that look like the silk shot, equip it, stand between both symbols & charge up, instead of gathering junk, it gathers large energy capsules. After about 3 charges of gathering energy, your tanks should be full.

Charging your subtanks fast

Not really fast, but it works, in blizzard buffalos stage, when you get to the platform where there are 4 ball shooting enemies shortly after the armor platform, keep killing the top 2, they tend to give you lots of energy, it may take a few minutes to charge ur tanks.

Also if you have a tank or 2 & have to fight blizzard buffalo, right at the end there is an enemy on a snow machine, if you keep killing him, he almost always gives you energy, saves you from having to go back into the level to recharge your tanks before the boss.
