The rule about comics and posting them is that you can only post one link to your comic (the first issue), but I don't think anyone counted on the link being to another forum. ^o_O^() Generally think might be better to have it set on your own site rather then a forum. You might want to try setting up a free site for your comic.

As long as it is your own site that you are posting it on then it is alright, but remember to use this thread for other things then just your comic and to say when you have updated. You are allowed to post sprite work in this thread as well.

I really don't think there is enough work on those to merrit them as sprites, they're really just recolors with extended horns...

That is not a recolor, its using an existing sprite as a base and modifying it to look like something different. But I think you need to work on the shading and form of your character some more since it looks a bit flat like some of the earlier game sprites that only had one or two colors to them.
