How is the american dub?

I'm not sure whether this is right here or not, but if not, a Mod can close it.

I want to ask how good or bad the american dub is.
Which episodes were skipped?
Does the voices match to the character? (In the german, Iceman's Voice is too deep. He was descriped as a Chain Smoker on a German Board XD)
Which (Navi-, Chip- or Operator-)names where changed? (I think I saw a list with the Navinames somewhere, but I can't find it)
What was cut or changed?
