THe First Annual REO Thanksgiving Day Parade!

“Good morning all and welcome to Rockman.exe Online’s first annual Thanksgiving day Parade! I’m your host Pyo with my co-host Bubb-.”

“It’s fscking cold out here, de puku!: Bubbs said in his whiny voice. “How can you humans stand this?!”

“Well, actually, we can’t stand it ether. Now shut up and let me finish.” Pyo said and hit Bubbs on the back of the head. “The streets are lined with our many members to see this....hopefully fantastic parade. I believe I hear...The Time Warp?” Pyo turned around to see the float coming down the street, it was Planty with her famous Time Warp playing. “Well, it would appear our first float belongs to Planty! This green-thumbed moderator seems to have her favorite men on board her float. although there‘s nothing else on it but her.”

“More like captured on her float, de puku.” Bubbleman chimed in. Planty indeed had Dr. Regal, Burnerman, Swallowman, Shademan, and Cosmoman on her float; as hostages being held in her vines. They were all shamefully hiding their faces.

“Now, now boys, smile! You’re in a parade!” Planty smiled and continued to wave happily. Many people cheered for her as she went by.

“I’ll rescue you later Shademan-sama, I have a job to do, puku. Why, up next it would appear to be everyone’s favorite dog, Rush de puku!” Rush was popping in and out of many different holes on a float shaped like a Mettool helmet. As the float passed by, Bubbs turned to Pyo. “Why of all things a Mettool helmet puku?”

“We’ll never understand some things, Bubbs. Oh look now! It’s Tabby with an...ass on her float?” Pyo looked onward as Tabby’s float came down the street. A large ass was on the back of the float. On the side a banner read: ‘To Blues’ ass, the true meaning of Thanksgiving!’ Tabby drove past and Bubbs looked onward.

“Now we have...the float from the Game Center! Starry and Sketch have constructed a float depicting Gameboys over the years.

“Free Gameboys for all!” Shouted Sketch at the top of his lungs. “Catch!” Sketch threw a handful of Gameboys and....they hit people...a lot. Many ows were heard as Sketch had an embarrassed look on his face. “Starry...give them some Gameboys!”

“And have them be mad at me? No way.” Starry continued to wave and Sketch joined in as the float drove on.

“You know what Bubbs? ...Bubbs? Where’d you go?” Pyo looked for Bubbs but as he turned around, he saw Bubbs had some bumps on him.

“I...wanted a Gameboy...puku. *sniff*” Bubbs shed some tears. “*sniff*...Up next is...A combination float by Malik, and DS. Depicting...Django x Sabata and Takao x Kai...de puku?

“Their love is pure!” Screamed Malik and DS at the top of their lungs. “Do not deny it!”

“Okay, I don’t know what that...or any of these floats have to do with Thanksgiving, puku, but...I don’t care!” Bubbs ranted on some more while another float came into view.

“This float is another combination of Izu and Mari. Showing Rockman and Yuuichirou.” Pyo said. “I wish I could be down there with them, but I told Ryou I’d commentate. Oh well, up next is Core who created a large sprite of Ryou banning people with a mighty hammer.

“Banned!” Shouted Bubbs. “I wish I could ban people, but I can in the channel so it’s all good.”

*Ring ring ring ring*

“Why, are those bells? Yes! It means the final float has arrived! It’s Ryouko! Sitting atop a mighty pile of battlechips...and maybe some plushies. Oh, and there’s the ceremonial Forte Christmas tree! A mighty beacon of REO to signal that Christmas is here!” Pyo shouted.

“I’ll kill you all once I get out of here...”Forte said under his breathe.

“No you won’t.” Ryou said.

“...Yes ma’am.” Forte said with a disappointed sigh. “I wanted to kill something...”

“Good boy.” Ryou smiled. Nobi appeared from behind the tree.

"There you go, all decked out with shiny stuff. Now, be a good tree and don't move." Nobi smiled at Ryou and waved to the crowd.

Ryou smiled back and continued to wave to her members and Bubbs began to rant.

“...But it’s not even Thanksgiving, puku!” Bubbs ranted.

“No one cares Bubbs, now go sit in the channel and do things. Thank you for being here for the first annual Rockman.exe Online Thanksgiving day Parade! I’m Pyo...and he’s Bubbs. Now I’m going to go find Izu so......bye?” Pyo removed his headset and walked away. BUbbs attempted to remove his headset but got tangled in the wire.

"P-Pyo! Help me! I'm stuck! Puku! Come bac---ack! *thud*" Bubbs fell off the stand.

"...Owww...Puku.

Okay, I didn't really try to make any sense with this...I just thought this was a cute thing like with Planty's Halloween Party. XD

Now someone should write a Christmas Party one when Christmas rolls around, and then one for New Years. \o\

Bahaha, nice. Capturing the essence of everyone (the staff, at least) quite well. I agree--this is quite a nice job you have here. And I believe you owe me for the medical bill--you didn't think there wouldn't be any retribution for injuring the masses with flying Gameboys, now did you? Razz

Dammit, how come I'm always the last to know about these things? Whoever writes the Christmas party fic, let me know so I can get my character down, mmmkay? Unless this was amins and mods only, in which case, delete this part.

Anyway, back on topic. Good fic, Sketch. Everyone was represented accurately, though in retrospect, I thought Ryou would have made a Laika float. Oh well. And it had just the right amount of Bubbleman bashing. Overall, 10/10 if only for the Bubbleman bashing.

This is often about what happens in the IRC channel and depicts our behaviour there, so you have no character to get down, in any case you would be represented as yourself, not as a character of your choice.

Second of all, this had no Bubbleman bashing at all. We love our Bubbleman in IRC, and he's fun to mess with. XP

This was really funny! I loved it, all of you guys seemed to act just like you do here (and the IRC, apparently, even though I've never been there) Man, great job. This gave me a good laugh. I hope more of these kinds of fics are written!

I nearly seriously did a LMAO when I read the entire thing. Let me put this in an equation at IRC.

Planty = Utter fangirlism towards Shademan, Burnerman, Regal, Cosmoman, and Swallowman. Use her vines at all cost; Along with now the addiction of using time warps.
Stary and Sketch = GameBoy addicts. Ehh, Game Freaks.
Pyo = owns you. And Bubbs.
Bubb = A sad IRC bot that is currently controlled by Pyo.
Tabby = lover of Dark Blues's Ass. *shot*
Ryou = goddess. Owns Forte and everything.
Malik and DS = Yaoi pairings all the way.
Mari and Izu = Yuuichirou and Rockman fansub. Addicted of banning people.

Oh boy. This was a gut wrencher. It was written well and depicted the mods and admins quite well. Bubbs and Pyo were great announcers, and the floats were quite clever. Ryouko controls the Forte. :grr: An adorable story. I'd like to see one for April Fool's Day, my favorite holiday.
