Hello. I wanted to modify a BCG in order to be able to play it on my GBMicro. I was thinking i can buy one of those cables where you connect a normal link cables and use it, but i tried the same with a Normal Link Cabe and a GBASP and it didnt work. So i need some ideas. Care to help?

Normal Link Cables/Accesores dont fit the micro. |

Ah, so you CAN'T fit a BCG on a GBA Micro, that's good to know, I was about to buy a Micro myself.

Wow, you're such a nice person. FYI, BCG is a bit ambiguous - at first glance, I thought it was BCGP. As for who can and can't reply to your threads, why would you care as long as you get some kind of input on the subject?
As for hardware modification, what's the point? It's difficult (since the GBA link cable is proprietary), expensive, and warantee-voiding. Just get one of these adapters. I'm not sure is the GBM puts as much power into its data connections as the GBA, so you might need to come up with a way to add power to the line.

Because the screen is a lot brighter and the Micro is really small. :D
Also, i didnt know there were adaptors for doing this...
There are? o.o
If not.. Then anyone else can help? :D |

Well they also made a GBA SP with the same brightness as the Micro.
But as for modifying it, I'd go with what Tachyon360, get the modifyer. Although you might have trouble holding it still to slot chips in, it should work.
Poor DS owners... no place for BCG's. Maybe for the next EXE game on the DS (if they make one) they'll make a BCG that fits into the GBA slot. *shrugs*
