I think that there should be a section called Megaman Nt Warrior Transcripts so that then if you click on the link, a section of all the english episodes of Megaman Nt Warrior. Click on the episode and you will see the transcript of the episode. :]

I think the summaries basically cover the episodes most important events. Transcripts sound to me like reading the script of whatever everyone said and I don't think many people would want to read a script.

The unauthorized publications of scripts is considered copyright infingement, unfortunatly - whether it's online or on paper. The same goes for song lyrics.
While this may seem hypocritical, keep in mind that what REO has posted has been for the Japanese version. The American companies tend to be a little (ok, a LOT) more aggressive and lawsuit-happy. Posting transcripts of the English dub would be inviting trouble... and yeah, a lot of work.
