Gunstar Super Heroes!

My GBA has seen little action for the past half a year, but I found a game that gave it a new purpose. That game is Gunstar Super Heroes.

It's a semi-sequel of the original Gunstar Heroes for the Genesis, even though much of the game is a straight-up port. It has a lot of differences in its 7 or so levels so you're never gonna be doing quite the same thing throughout each level. The bosses and mini-bosses all have crazy themes, such as the giant mutant teddy bear that you have to kill by having an even larger truck run over it, or the huge blob that you fight in a bath... You heard me. :puku:

The game is challenging and fun, not to mention really good looking and sounding. It's the kind of rare treat that most gamers really wish for nowadays. If you have a GBA, I'd say this game is a must-have for the majority of players.

Yeah it sounds fun if not kind of hard. How many people have color names?

All of the major characters have color names. You've got...

Red - The main character(I think, since the red guy usually is in these games), Gender is disputed by his/her girly voice and a certain line he/she says in Blue's Ending.

Blue - #2 guy. He has more dialogue than Red, who's vocabulary is practically made up of "Roger!" and "Wait!". A smartass and my character of choice.

Yellow - The girlishly female member of the Gunstar Crew. She pilots the ship that the Gunstars ride around the universe in, and provides them with info on upcoming missions.

Pink - Evil b*tchy woman #God knows. She's a mercenary working for the bad guys. Blue refers to her as "Obaasan". XD

Orange - Big beefy military guy. Fights you on board an airplane.

Green - Former member of Gunstar and Yellow's older brother. He has an item called "Seven Force", which allows him to transform into seven different fighting forms(Which he DOES. All in a single boss fight.)

Black - Gambler who runs a large casino fortress on the Red Moon. Tries to bomb you right when you think he's given up.

General Gray - Leader of the evil empire that you're out to stop.

Golden Silver - The God of Destruction that the original Gunstar Heroes defeated and sealed away in the Genesis game.

well i haven't played it on gba.. but i downloaded the rom.. yea.. the game is fun... but the names r pretty screw up..(thats wut i think)

I heard about this game... It looks interesting, sounds interesting, and I think the same people who worked on this game also made Advanced Guardian Heroes, which I have played. If Gunstar is as good as Guardian Heroes I will definately give it a shot.
