Beastman V3 can be found in the Dog House near Netto's home...

Next time, you can just Search 'Rockman' or 'Mega Man' in GameFAQs. That would be alot better than posting a help topic... since you can already find the answer easily...

This is a direct quote from Gamefaqs, EXE3, PPM's FAQ

Gamefaqs wrote:

You need to really look around...like...more than one of two pages. Use Control + F and type in what you are looking for.

this brings back memories to when i was trying to find beastman. one of the green progs in the doghouse said something about wild animals or barking, so that easily gave it away.

Yeah that was a cute little touch, they tend to do something like that when a v2 or v3 isnt in the necessarilly logical place, so as to nudge you in the right direction.

Bubbleman really was a coward...your HP had to be low a bit for him to appear. at least it did for me

...that's how it always was. Bubbleman's final form only appeared when your life was in the red--less thatn or equal to 25% of your maximum life. ._.

At least you did to have a chance of encountering him in the open. However, once you beat him once, and then use a LocEnemy on him, you are free to restore your life to full and face him again--it's that the criteria for facing him in a random encounter required you to have less than 25% of your maximum life at the time.
