First of all, Capcom released a EXE 4.5 + Gate combo pack in Japan for cheaper than buying them seperately. So if you can, look for that.
Anyways, Play-Asia's probably the best importer around, but it generally takes a few weeks for your orders to arrive since their storage facilities are in Hong Kong.
