I'm back, with contest results to boot!

I returned home from my long vacation late yesterday, and I think I'm finally energized enough to get a coherant update up. I'm really sorry I wasn't able to get the karaoke contest results available before I left, but they're more than ready to be posted now!

I would just like to say that this contest was very difficult to judge, we had a total of over 40 entries. We ended up with four seperate judges, myself, PlantmanEXE, Sol and GutsmanEXE. The winners were decided among us on majority vote. Some comments have been included with each chosen winner. Congratulations to you all! If you are a winner, please e-mail me at fefnir@gmail.com with your address, so I may mail your prizes! The winners have now been posted on the main contest page:

Hooray! They're finally up~ I've had a chance to pick through them all myself and I guessed a few winners correctly ^_^

I was, however, hoping to see comments on all the entries, but I don't expect anyone to go out of their way to do so :3

Neko: I listened to your entry, and I thought you were pretty good. Your high notes weren't my favorite, though, but otherwise, most excellent.

Wow! Incredible work. Especially you Izumi. When I listened to that, I thought for a sec that this was from Japan.

I may not look at you the same again Izumi. You should take that voice of yours and try for American (Or Canadian or whatever) Idol, All of you guys (well, with the exception of YamiKusanagi.)

Anna_May tried to get me in, but A) The contest was over by the time I told her about it and B) I can't sing to save my life. I told her that and she said I could still win (but what use would I have with all those Battlechips?)

Very nice. Everybody sounded so professional (except Yami Kusanagi who sounded wonderfully terrible) and the songs were so well done! Kudos, to everyone who entered, and particularly Izumi. I enjoyed hers thouroughly and One More Chance was my favorite song sung by the winners. THis has gotta be my favorite contest yet. Smile
