If you live near the Mexican Border, head to McDonalds!

McDonalds Mexico has released a new batch of toys in their Happy Meals to reach their fast food restaurants in the upcoming week. How is this related to Rockman? Because the Happy meals bring to us the 4 Rockman EXE toys originaly distributed in Japan and other asian countries.

That's right, Forte, Gutsman, Blues and Rockman await in the nearest McDonalds within the Mexican -and possibly some other central american location- division of the chain.

It might mean the american division will soon release them in US and Canada? It may be, it may not. One thing's sure. I'm gonna be eating too many happy meals in the upcoming weeks.

EDIT: I tried to fish out a route for the mexican website for McDonalds to confirm but it's a bit tricky to get the promotion link to appear, so instead, you can see the promo of the toys in this screencap.

I'm happy that some EXE merchandise has finally trickled down into the realm of classy artery hardening cuisine. Although out of personal preference I would've preferred Burger King, it's still nice to hear. D: (goes off to buy a Maccy D's Mc-Something Happy Meal)

The commercial just went on yesterday. Which means it'll be at least a week before the toys are avaible in all stores.

They were in China until New Years'. So Mexico was Capcom's next destintation? I got a few of the toys while I was at China, and I hope others on this forum do so too :3

Well, I told a friend about the news and he went all "omg wtf where's a mcdonalds near your house" and then I bitched back because I didn't want to have dinner when I could actually buy a burger bigger than McDonalds's burgers at a place near my house and then I'm suddenly wondering why did I stray on this part of the tale where I could actually use some commas and just say he bought a Happy Meal. They only had Megaman, so that's what he got.

I have the Forte and Rockman ones when they were released in Japan, and I love them. Those suckers fire across the floor like a rocket after you wind them up. XD haha.

They appeared in Singapore a long time ago, and I continuously went to McDonald's to get them ^^; Too many Happy Meals gave me a sore throat (choir teacher yelled) and I nearly missed the Forte one because new toys came out. I begged the staff to check if there were any leftovers, and she said "Since you've been coming every week, I suppose you can have this one" and handed me the Forte!! YAY!

Once when I was bored, I started playing with them and my family thought I was bonkers. XD

Hello, I'm new.

Signed the guestbook a while ago, too.

I got a Blues and a Rockman when the toys were offered here in the Philippines around, I think, November or December last year.
I was planning to get the Forte, too, but they already changed toys when I next went to McDonald's Sad

Seeing the RExe happy meals made me think that a local network was planning to air the series. No such luck Sad

Good thing I got enough Japanese knowledge to keep up with the raws Smile
