Thanks to Netto-kun for stumbling across this interesting little tibit. It appears that the "Battle Story" Rockman.exe mangas have been released in a new language, French! The new covers sport the NT Warrior logo, which tells us they are using the dub names in the translation. This new French release is being done by Kurokawa, whose official website can be found at:

http://www.kurokawa.fr/

At their website they have a short description for the manga series, as well as some sample pages for you to read.

Still, if you can read french, this is an excellent chance. We have some sample pages from the original Japanese version of these mangas in our manga section of REO. The style is a bit more "chibisized" than Ryo Takamisaki's version, and it goes at a much faster pace. This manga ended last year at Volume 4. This is the first time this particular manga series has been released in a language other than Japanese (and possibly Chinese).

Izumi was kind enough to find out that Amazon.com is selling the French version online, if you venture into their Canadian website.

I'm surprised that this made it into the news section! Technically, I don't read mangas. I WATCH them. I wonder if there are any in spanish...

Sacré bleu! Les pages Web ne sont pas trouvées ; elles n'apparaissent pas. L'ennui et la misère, dont le monde n'a jamais vu, sont tombés sur moi!

D=?!

Well crap. I shouldn't have cut my French class. I knew there would be some kind of downside in the end. >< Nevertheless, it's nice to see that Battle Story was even translated into any language at all. Though I prefer Takamisaki's manga over Battle Story, I do like its simpler, cute style.

I was failing, too. XD It was one of the reasons I dropped the class, and then there was the fact that I thought it was just plain out boring. @-@; But like I said, it bit me in the ass in the end. <<
