Light and Chaos Master's work with some Pokemon

I have only done two sprites and they are twins and my Net-Navis in my RPGs. They are not very good but there is always room for improvement.

Yes, there is always room for improvement in sprite making. One of them that I can suggest is that you try making elemets of the sprites you make from scratch instead of copying and pasting parts from others, then recoloring a sprite. Since you are new, and most likely are unfamiliar with the rules of Spriter's Lab, I'll let this slide by for a bit. But I encourage you to review the rules for this section before posting more sprites, and to also work on your sprites more.

I am not that good at doing Rockman sprites but I am excellent at Pokemon sprites. If you allow me to I can post some of them.

This isn't exactly a Rockman only sprite area, there are threads here made by others that show characters from other series in the sprite style that Capcom uses and other gaming companies also. There is even one here of Pokemon style sprites of Rockman characters, and even some of Beyblade characters in Rockman overworld sprite form. You don't have to ask permission to post something from another series, just be sure to note it when you post what series it is so that those that aren't sure will know.

They're all nice and smooth, but they are really just c+p's in the end. The deoxys one is the best of the three...it could be, like the new version for the DS games!

Well, I'm obsessed with Deoxys, so I like that one the best. But, maybe you should try doing something without c+p. Or at least majorly edit the c+p parts.
