And here we have new sprite - my version of Dark Rockman. I know he looks like Rockman but..He IS Rockman ^^

Zefaru and Karasuman coming soon.

I answered your question, but nevermind, I can answer again.
So.
1. Hmm... My imagination? I just want different weapons ^^
2. Well...Think Phantom, think...Yes! Deltar has special ability allowing him to change his weapons (Swords and Bombs) shape. Heh, that's it.

EDIT: Here we have EXE6 Styled FCR!! Helmet may look like Copy and Paste job, but I was making it Pixel by Pixel ( I was looking at EXE5 FCR while doing helmet, so that's why it's so familliar.)

Your sprites have an appealing appearance to them. I don't know what it is, I think it may have to do with your kickass shading.
Dark Rockman is SO AWESOME!
Deltar is an awesome navi, and he has a funny name. XD

Now I'll start working on new Net Navi. His name will be TekkaMan AKA Teknoman. Yesss....Do you remember this old anime?

EDIT: Well TekkaMan Beta Version. He isn't done yet. He needs little work on shading, I am going to made wings and his weapon (Spear). But for now I am posting him here.

EDIT2 Raaargh!: Tekkaman udpade! But I still have to made weapon for him.

Well, Yeah! Dark Rockman get FCR'ed
Mix Super Navi Forte with crazy Dark Rockman, and add 3 cutted Dark Chips. Mix Everything and... Super Crazy Dark Navi is created! Yay!

Tekkaman's colors and design remind me slightly of Skullman. Anyways, I think you should change the background color Tekkaman is on. I can barely see his hands, feet, and limbs because they're shades of black as well... Or maybe there's nothing there at all? *gets shot*

Oh, and Dark FCR is cool.

Today, I made Tekkaman Voltecker Mugshot.
Hope you like it ^^

Someone may ask: Why Tekkamans in EXE world? Well.. It was my idea for Fan-fic. New Bad Organization called "Radam" started kidnapping Normal Navis and turning them into new type of Net Navi - Tekkaman!
Every Tekkaman got reprogramed (And they became part of Radam) but few of them escaped before reprograming. Voltecker is one of Evil Tekkamans.
First I'll made Mugshots for Tekkamans and later their sprites.

Little about Voltecker - Voltecker is first created Tekkaman. As one of the strongest Tekkamans in Cyber World he became lieutenant of Radam.
His weapon is sword-like lance and powerful energy beam - Voltekka Beam. He is ruthless and conceited. He is obsessed about his mission - Deleting Rockman.exe

He is new! He is stronger! He is cool looking! He's burning! HE IS DARK BURNERMAN!!!

He may look little weird but everything (shading too) it's planned, so don't worry about that.
