I've just purchased it TODAY and I right away started working away to obtain the Hadouken skill. (Since I'm a BIG Street Fighter fan at times.) I noticed a LOT of changes in Armor points, (Chill Penguin DOES NOT HAVE THE DASH BOOT!) Subtanks and other things.
I just got ALL the Heart Tanks. My game file says I only got 7/8 of them. I thought I missed one and re-visited every stage to make sure. I find out I got them all, but the game says I am missing one. In other words, no Hadouken for me now.
Is my game screwy, or is this a known bug in the game? |

Are you sure you got all of them? The only way I can see you not having one is that you haven't gotten all of them. There's one on the leftmost part of the stage in Storm Eagle, one in the igloo in Chill Penguin's, Spark Mandrill's in above a ledge and so is Boomerang Kuwagner, Sting Chameleon's is on a ledge and can be gotten after beating Launch whoes Heart tank is found only after beating the submarine and then the miniboss under it... Flame's is in the lava and Armadillo's is above a ledge only after you beat the big drill mechalloid.
And to get the hadouken in this game you have to make use of the Charged Chameleon Sting since you can't take ANY damage the whole entire stage this time around instead of just being at full health and dieing at the end. _________________ http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?ref=profile&id=100000142872316

Well I dont have the game as of yet But I do know for a fact that Capcom moved the Locations of the Armor Pods,E-Tanks and Heart Tanks to make the game more challenging for us who have played the old SNES version for years and know where everything is, that way we play the game alot longer looking for the items and not blaze through the game like it was nothing (Which I think is a good idea). _________________

Actually, for X, they only moved the armor capsules around. And even then, they didn't do that much; Chill Penguin's is actually moved, while the other three simply contain different parts than they did before.
Vile, on the other hand, has different stages, so his locations are mostly if not entirely different.

Vile Mode's Heart Tanks were simple to get. Only thing I find annoying from Vile Mode is that there's only ONE song in his gameplay. Yes, the song is awesome, but we need some variety. |
