You're referring to the Anime, so it would go there.

Axess finished in the U.S., though six episodes were randomly skipped. One of them aired in Canada, so we know it was dubbed, but no one knows if the other five were actually dubbed or if Kids' WB is just weird.

Regardless, nothing has been announced for Stream yet. However, MegaMan Network found a juicy piece of info:

According to the latest issue of Anime Insider, license-holder VIZ Media, LLC is shopping around the broadcasting rights to several of their anime series, and included on the list is MegaMan NT Warrior Axess.

Whether this means reruns on a new network, a mere naming oversight, or just using the most recent incarnation's name is unknown, as is whether or not Kids' WB is a potential candidate to pick it up. But at the very least, this gives not only hope that we'll see MegaMan NT Warrior on TV again, but also that if Kids' WB were as responsible for past controversies as some think, that maybe newer episodes would be free of them should the program find a new home.

I'm afraid WB wasn't behind the name changes... it was ShoPro/Viz Media with the dub.

Actually, KidsWB did have some hand in SOME of the censorship, however. Though the name changes were made by Capcom of America.... For the most part. (The other name issues could of been inhand of both VizMedia and KidsWB.)

hn, the dubbed names will stay the same to contiune with the games, but the censorship would be brought down basicly to zero.

and give up on teletoon grabbing the rights, I don't think they air a single anime anymore...

You guys, Capcom had NOTHING at all to do with the English dub of the anime. The name changes were made by ShoPro (which is now merged with Viz), but they were more than likely influenced by Kids' WB's own censorship guidelines.

I do not like at all to compare on such or such thing… I takes for example the series of Sonic X, for Rockman.Exe it is a little similar except that remainder animates it still today an enormous success in Japan.

A series which evolves and which remains rather mature, with rather violent scenes from where censure in Europe and America. (Sonic X there too to prove to us over the last season)

Some Example: Shademan against Laserman or the discovery of the skeleton of Dr. Regal. Destruction of planet by Duo and more scene.. Ect..

The censure is to go until the change even of the attacks (the saber for example have was to change and well others censures, cut and I pass from there… In short never proud A appearance and even less on one version FR of one animates Japanese XD

It is precisely the freedom of the programmers of the series which is ridiculed with the censure !

finishes (the background music is different on the other versions *Crappy* *Crappy*)

Pure massacres

I think they over censor the series and i think they should unblur swords etc cos look at one piece wheres the censorship in that except for the obvious blood removal etc but thing is you americans are lucky why cant the UK get it and heck france got AXess before us so like its their saying yes now kthxbai , is it really that hard to send over a big tape full of the episodes which dont need editing yet france get it first? ZOMFG fraud!

I actully posted a topic about the series in certain countries etc but check it out on the capcom europe forum under the megaman section my username is Gateman

The French version is an abomination of animation !

The pokemon-ish version of the manga is released in France... Not the great version of Takamisaki Ryo...

Just a censured... :/

It is all the marketing of Capcom which is insulted and “Family of France” prohibited the game Megaman Zero with the trade for Violence !

They are some example... The translation of the game is not respected in Europe has share certain game or “Capcom Europe” decided to translate them. The first game Megaman Battle Network has to be translated arrives this month, Capcom does not have to judge good to translate Megaman into Europe

Megaman: Maverick Hunter X is not translated into Europe, I to think that the series as Megaman X would be multi language. But not…

I do not know if Megaman: Powered up is translated. fter everyone thinks that Europe does not have fans…

It is a pity really. It is Nintendo which has to push Capcom Europe has to translate certain game on DS.

EUROPE = NO MONEY FOR CAPCOM !

So what about us poor italian fans!!!!
It doesn't look like Axess is going to come out here at all!!!!
We keep on getting NT Warrior again...again...and again....I could reel off the whole series by heart, I've watched it so often!!!!
Though I think we got one or two episodes that were missed out in the US...small consolation!! :eyes:

I would like to know if you have “censure” in the manga of Takamisaki Ryo (English Version) Nt warrior ?

It is seldom the case in the manga.

Tv-Y7: Ages 7 an up
TV-G: All ages

The Y7 is for the more "violent" episodes, meaning the story archs that deal with death and have action packed fight sequences.

The G is for general episodes and fillers. No violence, but normal net batteling.

Last I checked, on Kids WB, it was Y7. It was probaly because some naivs were deleted or it was a very emotional episode. Then again, its been awhile since I have watched it, so it might have changed since then. -_-;
