for the past two days, i've looked at the forum, and it acts like there are no new posts in any forum. every little Rockman is sleeping, even though there are new posts.

Also it can happen sometimes if the forums think you've visited within the last 3 seconds (or insert-time-here-since-last-new-post). Happens to me all the time; I look at the main page, my browser refreshes (usually due to a computer hiccup), and all the little Rockmen are sleeping.
