Street Fighter Alpha 3 Kaillera tournament

I'm hosting a Street Fighter Alpha 3 tournament via Kaillera gameplay.

I was thinking, since the community here is pretty good in variety, maybe there's a few Kaillera players here.

I've got a program to make tournament charts. I'm holding up to 16 slots.

Here are the rules:

-No throwing
-Try not to use dead-body infinites. (Infinites that are unreverable.)
-No Shin Vega/Bison, Shin Gouki/Akuma, or Satsu no Hadou ni Mezameta Ryu.
-Juli, Juni, and Balrog/Mike Bison are allowed.
-No cheats
-No Lag combos or useage of Lag.

The emulator of choice is MAME32k.

The servers we'll use is the Godweapon Best of Best and Anti3D servers. If these are not good for you or your opponent, try to find a server fitting both of you.

Matches will be best 2/3 on the regular rounds, 3/5 on Semi, and 5/7 in Finals. Video proof is acceptable but not required. Screenshot proof of winning is also acceptable if you'd want.

I've been on Kaillera with MAME... just that Street Fighter isn't my thing, I'm more with Vampire Savior (Darkstalkers 3)... and this would've been the perfect chance to netplay... T_T

And a little off topic question: When I play at kaillera (I use WinKawaks), my input is delayed by a second. Meaning that when I press... um... left, it does it a second later. Is there a way to fix this? (BTW, I = Dial UP)
