This looks pretty good! Although, I think it should be in the Fanart Section.
I like how buff he looks, it gives him a sense of heroism. One bit of advice though, though this may be your style, the ear piece looks quite big.

Wow, very nice! I like the lighting and how shiny it looks. One thing that somewhat sticks out in the picture is his chin-- it looks like it's sort of... jutting out a bit. Also, as Jenova mentioned, his earpiece is a little big. Other than that, I think it's awesome. Keep up the great work! ^^

That is nice pic, but...something about his chin and his overall figure makes him look like a different person instead of Rockman...=| And as Jenova already mentioned...The earpiece seems to be a bit big, but maybe that's just me.

I think the reason the chin looks odd is because the mouth is too small and placed to high on his face.

It looks awesome though. The shining effect you did looks great. You need to work on making your pencil/pen lines a bit darker and not leaving them so grey.

You need to balance your tones, the lighter colours are far to bright in comparison to the jumpsuit. Your basic lineart isn't bad though, proportions are generally okay although some of it is a little too straight. You need to practice drawing curves and bending lines. One last point, the strip down the side of the jumpsuit isn't reflective that I'm aware of, just be careful with that in future.

I know I just took apart your work, but don't worry it's a good thing not a bad thing. There's a lot of good work in it, so I feel more confident about giving a proper critique.

That stripe down the side, the reflective part I got the idea from the picture I was using for reference of his design.

BUt yeah, I'll mess with the colors like you suggest.
