Remember: this is NOT alternating between hands used to play and beat a videogame. You use one hand (left or right) and play through a game that way.
I've beaten Bionic Commando with one hand, and almost beat Mega Man 3 with one hand (beat 4 out of 8 of the Mega Man 2 returners, then I gave up)

Almost any RPG game. Except I can't do it in one go obviously...we should rule those out.
By ruling that out, I can't say I have ever beaten a game single handedly. |

| Hmm I don't know about one handed but I did play the sonic 2 two player mode with my feet once. It wasn't all that hard. |

I've beaten a dance game called Superstar Dance Championship #1 Hits with one hand. ^^;; It's a type of dance game where you use a controller so.. ^^;; quite hard ^^;;

I wouldn't say Pokemon because you'd need both hands to grip the GB. Controling direction and selecting stuff. I suppose it can be done, but it would get tiresome.

Pokemon's not that tough with a DS or SP, If you put it down on a table or something then properly adjust the screen, you can play it with one hand quite easily. |

Super Monkey Ball. Probably the only fast-paced game you can easily play with one hand. Although, I have an easier time if I hold the controller with the other hand, but otherwise I can make it through Beginner, Advanced, and probably Expert and most of Master one-handed. (Master 4 is the only real major exception, as it's much easier with the mini-map zoomed all the way out, and you use the A button to do that.)

Oh, and I can also clear quite a few songs on Beatmania IIDX with one hand if I turn on Auto Scratch (as otherwise, the scratch requires you to use both hands), if that counts. Although just about anything with Auto Scratch doesn't really count.

You need both hands to hold the gun to shoot it properly...I find the recoil quite bad... and that doesn't count cause u got to use your legs to step on the pedal too to shoot/hide =p

The Recoil Isnt that bad. There are Some Light guns without the recoil feature too.
What games? Well, pretty much any board game for one. You need to specify if you mean any games or Video Games
But Seriously. Pretty Much any Yu-Gi-Oh game, Fire Emblem.... You know, pretty much anything Turn Based.

U can beat Pong with one hand
I never tried beating a Megaman game with one hand, but try to see if i could play Megaman on a DDR pad, LOL....didn't work :!
