Most of the fun in the BN series came from the P.A.'s. There were a lot of powerful ones, but there were also a lot of weak ones. My all time favorite P.A. out of the entire series is DARKNESS of BN2 (and not of BN6 because that just plain sucked.) 2xHERO is another one, along with TWIN LEADERS, MYSTERY STYLE and BODYGUARD

What are your favorites?

2XHero and BodyGaurd are awesome, but i beat a few V3 navis in EXE2 in under 1 second with the thanks of Gater. PoisonPharaoh is also very handy, as well as PileDriver.

I've always enjoyed using Heat/BubbleSpread, and EvilCut is fun to watch in action. Gater and BodyGuard, of course, stand above the rest as the best PAs late in the game when you're trying to S rank all the V3 navis.

I always seem to have a Dream Sword and Bodyguard PA in my folders, but my favorite is good ol' PitHoky! PockyHockey or RockyHockey as I seem to call it, for no real reason. When it first game out, nice and strong, just a quick area steal and let it fly for instant Navi death! It weakened a bit, but I still love it. Bodyguard is probably my second fave. Yo-Yo PAs can be kinda fun too, especially if you've got 3 enemies all in the same row.

One of my favorites is BigNoise. It hits most of the field and paralyzes the enemy after you hit them. It also super pierces and can be slided into an easy S-code folder. =D

In EXE6, the SunMoon PA, the DestroyPulse PA, the BodyGuard PA, and the LifeSword PAs are nice to have. The SunMoon PA can dish out a LOT of damage when used. And you can have the other 3 PAs in one unicode folder. =D Countering with a DestoryPulse, then hitting the enemy with a BodyGuard * PA and/or a LifeSword * PA is very...satisfying. ^___^

My favorite PA has got to go to EvilCut, it takes thee of my favorite chips (Fumikomizan, fumikomizan Cross, and Paladin sWord), and puts them into one fun as hell sword combo. A close second would be ElementSword, with Bubble/HeatSpread coming in third. I haven't played EXE6 yet though, so my faovirte might change. :O

What's Evil Cut do? I know it's from BN3, I've just never used it.

As Wackoman mentioned (albiet with the japanese names) it combines StepSword, HeroSword and StepCross into one attack while slightly upping their damage.

EvilCut has Megaman jump forward two spaces (like with the Step chips) and deliver each attack without stopping, each attack dealing 150 damage. While the PA is good for virus battles because of its area of effect, it's also good for navi battles because, if the opponent is exactly three spaces ahead, all three attacks hit and deal up to 600 damage. (once each for StepSword and HeroSword, and twice for StepCross)

Oh, and just in case you're unfamiliar with those chips at all, StepSword has a WideSword range, HeroSword is like LongSword but with one more space of reach, and StepCross hits in an X-shaped area and deals damage twice to anything in the center of the X.

I always liked LifeSword and ElementSword. I never go far in the game without having either of those PAs in my folder. ...Of course, I'm a big swords user, so that makes sense XD;

Aside from that, I personally liked the Darkness PA in BN6, as well as the MasterCross (and for that matter, MasterStyle from 3), and the aforementioned SunMoon.

I don't know... I don't like Element Sword that much. It only slashes in one collum, and, you could choose those same four chips in the wrong order, and it would be almost the same thing.

I'm more into Mystery Style and BodyGuard when it comes to Battle Network 3.

My only problem with MasterStyle is that it requires four MegaChips. Four. Assuming that you are not monopolizing NC room to make up for this drastic reduction in flexibility, you have room for one more MegaChip. That will more likely than not be FullCust. Thus, no room left for any ofhte MegaChips, and there are certainly some other chips out there or some navis that merit a spot in a folder.

I'm not saying it's a bad idea; I'm merely stating that relying on that for a folder severely restricts your flexibility in building.

*snickers* I didn't say I relied on it, just that I liked it ;P I don't even keep it in my main folder; I have it in a sub-folder that I keep set up with other PAs just in case I ever do feel like using it.

I recall having a folder in BN2 that had almost nothing but Invis, *-code Blades for LifeSword3 (atleast enough to let me use it 3 times in one battle) and BodyGuard. Good times, good times...

BN4 only had the basic Advances like Life Sword and Heat Spread, except for Pile Driver and DarkNeo, they all suck in Battle Network 4.

Double Hero has always been my favorite. 700 damage total on all enemies.

I also enjoy using the Pile Driver.

And BodyGuard is also and awesome PA.

I've never really made many P.A.s except for lifesword 1, piledriver, timebomb+, and giga cannon 3. Well maybe a few more, but this is what I can remember

My favorite would be timebomb+, I get pleasure out of watching the enemy struggling to remove the bulky bomb for 3 seconds. Then comes the big explosion...

I probably hat Piledriver the most on that list. Even though it does good damage, it's useless if you opponent stays in the back row, and if they are fast, then it's very hard...
