Roll.EXE Question

Alright, I'm sure none of you remember me, as I haven't been here in over two years, and during that time my attention to Rockman has been gone...until now. Currently, I'm drawing a picture depicting various major characters that have been a staple to most of the Rockman.exe universe (GutsMan, Megaman, Protoman, etc.), and Roll is among them. Now, being once a fanboy of Megaman, if anyone in the picture is presenting some kind of special ability, I wanna make sure it's actually something they can do.

This is where my problem comes in. I am thinking of having Roll in the middle of healing one of the Navis in my picture, but I'm not sure if she can even heal at all. I've seen some of the anime and played BN 1&2 (though long ago), and yet still don't remember from prior knowledge seeing her heal someone, most likely because it was so long ago that I was last watching/playing Megaman. The only thing I remember is her healing function from her Navi Battle Chip, but since that's all I can point to, I dunno if that was just a way to make her chip unique or something. From here I decided to browse around Google images/links and Wiki to make sure, and strangely, nothing could show/tell me that she can heal normally.

So here I am, my original ultimate source for Rockman.exe. So my question is, is healing one of Roll's special abilities, or is it just something her Navi chip does? And if she does heal normally, what does it look like? Yeah, newbish question, but I've been out of the loop for some time, and for some reason, I can't get any clear info helping me out.

Well, in the anime, she did heal Aquaman. The only notable effect is her palms glowing blue.

Also, the Roll Soul allows Rockman to recover hitpoints, further adding credibility to it.

Doesn't she heal him near the end of the first game? It's been quite some time since I played it, but...

I thought she just filled in a panel for Rockman so that he could proceed to foil Wily's plans.

Well...if memory serves--

She doesn't actually heal you in any of the games--the best she has done, as was cited before, was to fill in a panel so that Rock could easily traverse the pit and move on to the last portion.

However, I do believe that she actually does heal Rock towards the end of Network Transmission--I do recall her saying something of the sort before plunging into the final dungeons. I'd like some confirmation of that fact, though.

I beat that game just last week or two weeks ago, Midnight. Roll does heal you before your confrontation with Lifevirus R.

Okay, according to all this info:

In addition to her battle chip function, Roll also heals Aquaman in the anime, and heals Rockman in Network Transmission. And apparently, her hands glow blue during this process.

Well, this seems enough to conclude that she can, in fact, heal normally. Thanks for your help, everyone! I guess this thread can be locked now.

Woah, it's Sketch!

Hah, I'll be back to at least post the picture in the FanArt Gallery forum once I complete it.
From there, who knows; it's not like I lost interest in Rockman.exe or anything. Just had to focus on some real-life stuff.

I'd like to make a correction: looking over the screencaps, her hands glow white, not blue. Of course, you're free to take whatever artistic liberties you like.

Her role is healer/female lead. Think of her like in a RPG. The healer with just as much attack as healing spells. Medi is like the healer with mostly healing spells.
